Just ok. Wifi Unusable. No follow through
Reviewed By virago81The property is fairly clean and maintained, but the wifi is way too slow and flaky to do work, so keep that in mind before booking. The breakfast is pretty good. The staff is friendly, but the follow-through is lacking. I left some things in the room when I checked out. I came back later in the day before I left town to try to get them. The person at the desk said he didn't have access to housekeeping's lost and found and that he would check with them the next day, call me and then send my things back to me. Did I get that call? No, I did not. I think there are probably better places to stay in Villa Rica.

Worst stay ever.
Reviewed By Nick198338Hands down this is the worst trip ever they got my reservation wrong got a room wrong then they overcharged me for my room did not apply my military discount and then upon check out they charge my card and additional fee for a pet cleaning fee which I should not have had to pay because I had a pet room.

This is a Great Quality Inn...
Reviewed By GrownManX...and I say that after having been burned at a couple of Quality Inn locations in Georgia in the last 2.5 years. This location restores my faith. A fairly recent renovation is apparent. The outside is clean and well kept. The plumbing works, and doesn't creak or moan. The water pressure is great. If the tub has been relined, it wasn't with one of those canoe-shaped liners you can't turn around in. Floor in the room was clean and the bed (along with linens and pillows) was very comfortable. These rooms exit to an outside walk. I generally think of this style property as having a lot of outside noise. Not this one; and it was a fairly busy night. (Maybe everyone around was just tired.) The TV is aggravating, but that's common at a lot of places. At least this one doesn't require the l-o-n-g pause before every channel change. Missouri Hillbilly's review led me to book here. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Great extended stay
Reviewed By N8922JPjenniferrFairfield Plantation went above and beyond accommodating us when we need a fully furnished rental for 30 days; while we waited for the home we purchased to be ready. We were losing all hope when they shifted things around to find a place for us. The unit was perfect and just what needed to feel comfortable for such a extended stay. The very few and minor maintenance issues that came up were handled immediately (like in under an hour we had someone at our door). The front desk girls were beyond polite and helpful. Even the security gate guards were super helpful and friendly. We would absolutely recommend a stay at Fairfield Resort to anyone. Thank you so much to the team for making our stay feel like home!
