A brand new guesthouse whose architecture is particular, with wooden floor and a terrace with a gorgeous view of the village and the hills covered with orchards, situated at 6 km from Sighet, Maramures.

Reviewed By encorepartiThe place is so quiet and warm. The dinner has been prepared by the hostess of pension and it was so delicious. Florin is always available for informations you need. And the city is well placed for Maramures tour. Pension recommended.

Authentic Rural Immersion
Reviewed By EBernstein44This was one of the most favorite parts of our Romanian trip this Fall (Sept 2021). It sure is more than a regular B&B. In terms of hotel rating this can be easily rate a 3-star plus. The food was amazing as Sylvia is a cook by profession. John provided us iwth great insights into the rural life of Maramures and took us to the local farmers'market the next morning. The area is essentially rural although there is the hotel choice. The village is cosy and everyone we met was so helpful.

A great base for seeing northern Maremures
Reviewed By check81We stayed for three days while touring northern Maremures. It was an excellent base. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food was plentiful and excellent. From here it is an easy drive to Desesti and many other wooden churches, to hiking on the Creasta Cocosului, to Sapanta, and also to walk across the bridge from Sighetu to Ukraine for a nice lunch. We have no hesitation to give a hearty recommendation.

A place where you want to come back
Reviewed By 918monicaI guided a group of germans and got the poimt to have here a good lunch from a collegue. It is a romanian traditional restaurant, warm and well decorated, a place that you can only hard leave. We had here an excellent lunch, very tasty, with 3 courses, and aperitifs from the house for not even 7€. Meanwhile we had romanian folk music. My turists were excited about this place.

Encantadora pensión y encantadora propietaria.
Reviewed By wanderlustelviraEncantadora pension extremadamente limpia. Habitaciones luminosas y confortables con baño privado. La propietaria es muy amable y se desvive por los clientes. Habla Español. Te hará sentir como en casa. Está muy bien situada para visitar Maramures.
