Located in Renmark, our caravan and holiday park is set on 22 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds only a short walk to the town centre. An easy 2.5 hour drives from Adelaide and 1.5 hour drive from Mildura. But it is our park facilities that truly set us apart ... you'll find a 25 metre resort style pool with 2 swimming lanes and 4 pebble beach areas, heated spa, playground, free in-house movies, recreation and movie room, giant jumping pillow and much much more.

Reviewed By tanyan721This is an excellent place to stay, safe, secure and the facilites are amazing. The staff are friendly, helpful and happy. An absolute go-to place for the kids to let off steam and have fun. Powered sites aren't cheap but they are well located, lots of grass and shade and the facilties make up for the higher price. One of the few places you can still pitch a family tent in comfortable surroundings. The camp kitchen is amazing, very clean with ovens and hotplates as well as BBQs. There's even a fridge and sponges and tea towells! The wildlife is friendly and clearly feel safe in their surroundings making this an unexpected delight to stay in.

The rooms are a little dated but so clean. Great instant hot water a lounge to sit on and well made comfortable bed.

Reviewed By annaville2016We enjoyed our stay. We had a powered site no 55 on a lovely green grassed frontage. Loved putting our chairs and table there in the evening when it was a bit cooler. Good facilities and such lovely staff. Stunning setting! You can also hire a kayak from the office and they also stock some grocery items.

Paringa Hotel Motel is a family owned and operated country pub located in the Riverland, South Australia along the Murray River. We are located just a few minutes from Renmark and 90 minutes from Mildura (Victoria) on the Sturt Highway. We aim to provide the very best in country hospitality with friendly service and great value for money. We are open 7 days a week from 11am till late (excluding Good Friday and Christmas Day). We offer budget motel style accommodation, ideal for the quick overnight stay, a relaxing and peaceful getaway or as a base to explore our wonderful region. All rooms come standard with a Queen bed plus 2 single beds, private en-suite, TV, heating/cooling, bar fridge, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee facilities and free wifi. The hotel comprises a large bistro which is open for lunch (12-2) and dinner (6-8) 7 days a week, a front bar with TAB/Keno facilities, modern gaming room with 22 machines, an outdoor pet-friendly beer garden and a drive-thru bottle shop.

Reviewed By ArcticFox71After a lengthy drive, we arrived. Got the key and had much difficulty unlocking the door to the room. Once inside, the room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was very tired looking, mostly clean though. The bathroom door was dodgy and I got stuck inside the bathroom for a while, even though I didn't lock it, just simply closed the door. There were 2 dining chairs, but no table or bedsides, so nowhere to lay out and read a paper or put a glass or coffee while trying to relax and watch TV. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner, only soap, so make sure you take your own toiletries There were no glasses for wine or beer. The single serve milk was also out of date. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioner warmed the room adequately. Yes, we'd stay again, but at $95 per night, we did expect a little more and take our own milk. Not the Ritz, so if that's what you expect, I suggest you look elsewhere.

A reasonable place to stay but truck noise may be an issue for some

You can still hear trucks along the Sturt Highway so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Our room had a queen with two singles - perfect.

Great Stay!
Reviewed By peterjW3355ZII recently took my wife here for a trip down memory lane, being a frequent family destination some 35 to 40 years ago when I was a kid. Although we did read some negative reviews it had gone down hill, mostly by previous owners, i.e not clean, poor service etc we still proceeded with our booking. From what we saw it was mostly good and I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's new owners will bring it back to its former glory. While some others feedback might be valid, it seems some people are expecting a modern day resort and forgetting that this place is a motel. Our room (a deluxe), and one facing the entrance road (not the pool) was nice and clean and everything you would expect from a motel room for the price and had all the facilities from a hairdryer, TV to air con as advertised. I loved seeing all the the Kangaroo's and Birds. The club certain still has a magical relaxation vibe about it. We are fussy with food, but found the restaurant, food and service was actually excellent and we had breakfast and dinner there each day. By todays standards the restaurant would no longer regarded an expensive place to eat as it was in the 80s. In fact, it's compatible to many pub prices which is awesome given it's location. The location still ranks supreme if your not bothered about being right on the riverfront. The pool is again available but sadly the Hot Tub is Long gone. Furthermore, all staff were friendly at all times from reception to the chef, and in all instances we were served within seconds. Can you please skim the pool every few hours and also please get the lawn growing back on the grass area between the pool and rooms. Also, please get the Street Lanterns working once again on the entry lane, it's adds a certain appeal/Classic charm that I missed from 1983.
