Reviewed By dandancerenCOVID19 : absolutely no covid procedures. No HES code scan , no mask (Staff or guests). HIGH RISK PLACE. NOISE: No hotel standard noise insulation (u can heat the corridor or the neighbors like they are in your room) You clearly here the street noise as well. ROOM room size is quite small. Maintenance is low. WFI very week with connection issues BKFST One of the worst I had so far in Turkey (in 12 years)

Reviewed By Dean-TravellerA modern business style hotel in the centre of Kesan, Sapci Prestige Hotel is convenient for a stop over near the Greek border. The sat nav was needed to guide us from the main road but it is only a few blocks. The inclusive secure parking was the attraction and meant the bike could be left in safety. There is also street side parking and paid covered parking nearby. There are several restaurants and shops within a short walk, as well as the hotel restaurant. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice in the Turkish Village style of breakfast. The staff were welcoming and helpful. One member of staff ran around the block to guide me to the secure parking area. The room was large and well furnished with a decent ensuite shower room and balcony. Water and kettle were provided. On waking we found the street around the hotel had become a street market which led to an interesting ride away, but it just added to the atmosphere of small town Turkey.

Reviewed By TurgutTaneliFirst of all the landlords did not ask for a an ID and got the payment via wire without no receipt in return. This even itself is a major problem in terms of law. The bungalow room we stayed in was very dirty and was not cleaned up at all. There were spider webs all around the room. There were hair all around the shower cabin and the closet was dirty. A ten year old girl was working in the restaurant. A ten year old girl has to be with his parents at 11:00 pm or at sleep or must be watching cartooon on tv but she was serving to the tables and another boy almost close at age were also workng as a waiter and taking orders. They were serving Alcoholic drinks !! Can you believe this ? Swatters on the windows were damaged ! we were bit by tems of flies and other insects. The metal parts in the room ( doors, windows .. ) were hell of a rusty! The breakfast that was included in the price was one of the ' poorest' we have ever seen. at this price a visitor must and must see a better breakfast table. There is no black coffee. They are offering soluble coffe ( sold at 1 TL at all markets) as cofee instead. And by the way, thi breakfast was also served by this little boy in the morning who was serving beers!! at tables the night before. And finally when we tried to tell some of that to the landlord lady, we were told that we can leave if we don't like it. It is a legal must to ask for an ID . how do we know a thief, a terrorist stays in the nextt room ? Gendarme forces checks the IDs and they make sure it is safe to let these people stay. It is a possible life danger otherwise all around the world. This is the most basic hospitality business rule which they did not apply at all !! we have traveled more than 25 countries and most parts of country and stayed in hundreds of places. never seen this worse. This is why we wanted to write this down. There were no sanitizers in the room entry or in the restaurant. staff were not wearing masks at all. Nobody. And noone was warned, also people working in the restaurant kitchen were not wearing masks at all !!

One night stay, but enough
Reviewed By s tWe choosed this hotel because it seemed to be the only reasonable choice when we searced via internet prior to our administration. However, room was really awful, could hear the TV at the reception until 23:30 clearly. The was a Besiktas football match and than a Galatasaray football match. I can tell the scores and important positions of these two matches clearly because we were able listen to them at our room very loud and clear. Shower was really dirty. I wanted to take my shower with my shoes on :) Staff was on the other hand, nice and friendly. I will look for an other hotel for the next time, if I have to stay in Kesan ever again :)

I stayed there for 2days .. the room was awsm , comfy spacious .there is a staff named Vishal Gupta he helped me a lot . Letting me know about Goa . Nd it's cuisine. And I'm looking forward to plan my next trip .

Az önce Otel Tarafından Arandım ve Odalarımın Bir Guruba Verildiği Söylendi Onlar için olay bu kadar Basit işte Düşünsenize Keşan a yola çıkıyorsunuz ve o sıra size bir Telefon Geliyor.. Çok özür dileriz biz sizin odalarınızı sizden daha büyük olan bir guruba Verdik.. olay Bu Kadar Da Basit işte.. işletme olmak Esnaf olmak yada müşteriye verilen değer.. yok ama para Tabiki Daha önemli bazı işletmeler için Hah işte burada değerli olan siz değilsiniz sizin Paranız..

Reviewed By yaserensoiSo there are absolutely good sides as there are many bad sides to this hotel. Bad ones first: 1. Overpriced for what it has to offer 2. Manager a bit unpleasant (as in not very welcoming) 3. There were only two towels in the room and when we asked for extra they said something we only provide two towels per room but OK we will bring you one more. We are 3 in the room and their pricing policy is by person and they only provide 2 towels per room?? Weird. 4. We asked specifically before going there if there was any loud annoying music at the beach as we really wanted to enjoy silence. We called specifically twice just to ask them this and they said absolutely not as this was a “family hotel”. We arrive first thing we hear is the terrible techno music playing loud in the hotels restaurant giving to the beach. Despite telling them to turn it down or at least put something better on they didn’t. So they basically lied to us. Which is something that cannot be tolerated in the hotel business. We had to eventually deal with that terrible music and management did not do anything to change it despite our endless comments of discontent. 4. The beach beds reserved for the hotel are mostly broken and plastic. They could at least give you soft beds to put on these plastics which most hotels or even beaches do in Turkey. 5. The sea is extraordinary but the beach itself is really dirty. Even the hotel’s section. Good sides: 1. The beach restaurant is really good. 2. The restaurant personnel is really nice 3. The hotel’s location is great. It is towards the end of the long shoreline therefore away from the bulk crowd. 4. The only clean looking hotel of the area My overall impression is just that I think they are overusing the advantage of being the only “decent” looking hotel in the area by overpricing the rooms but not providing the proper service that comes with this type of price.
