Good Getaway!
Reviewed By Heather BWe have been travelling for a while now and were in need of a bit of relaxing and this spot was perfect! The rooms, however outdated, were perfect and clean. The shower wasn't the best and the room was very hot. We had a nice balcony to enjoy the peaceful outside. The pool was great and always clean, never too busy either. Alessandro was incredibly helpful. Will definitely recommend!!

Reviewed By Patric KWe have been there for the 3rd time now and it is still a great, family friendly tuscany place to enjoy your holidays and have great food in the Osteria. It is a combination of holiday houses, camping and appartmens which gives a great atmosphere between all the people and nationalities, We stayed in the "new" appartments near the restaurant, which is clean and has all the needed facilities.

Molto buona la cucina del ristorante ed eccellente la colazione con prodotti di qualità e con una varietà insolita rispetto alle colazioni standard tutte uguali dei b&b classici. Il prezzo adeguato alla qualità offerta e la gentilezza dei gestori ci faranno senz'altro tornare a passare qualche giorno in relax. Bravi!

Reviewed By mmmt24Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, hosts are lovely, and the food at dinner and at breakfast is fantastic. Breakfast includes homemade cakes, great cheese and perfectly cooked scrambled eggs made to order. We had a great stay and will definitely try to return. They even gave us a delicious Sicilian chocolate to take with us, which was a nice touch.

Fantastic Location
Reviewed By CEGriffithsAs soon as we pulled up to La Casette we immediately felt a true sense of Tuscany. We enjoyed the scenic view on the way up to the property. The views at the property are amazing too. We arrived at night but woke up early in the morning and the clouds/fog were low providing an amazing view from the garden over the fields full of greenery and olive trees. The is a simple property so we were truly able to relax. The bed was so comfy and the room was dead quiet at night with the birds chirping in the morning. We headed out for a full day of visiting places including Volterra, Populonia, Cassale Marittimo and Bolgheri. All of these places are within 45 minutes drive at most but the best thing about it is that it is only 15 minutes from the sea :)

Fantastic all around
Reviewed By Georg KWe spent a fantastic week at Il Gheppio. Picturesque setting in the hills of Guardistallo in the middle of olive groves and sea view. House exceeded our expectation, spacious and well equipped kitchen. Very nice pool area. Owners checked us in and went out of their way to make our stay perfect, including an olive oil tasting. Local bakery delivers fresh bread every morning. Great location to explore Tuscany from, seaside / Cecina only a 15 minute drive.

Soggiorno indimenticabile
Reviewed By valysesiaGisella e Franco hanno creato la location perfetta per un soggiorno unico: camere e location curate nei dettagli, colazione fantastica, vista riposante che dalle colline arriva al mare. Guardistallo è un bellissimo paesino molto tranquillo che rappresenta un’ottima base per visitare comodamente ogni angolo della zona. Vicino a ottime osterie ed enoteche per concludere al meglio le giornate. Torneremo sicuramente, ci siamo sentiti in famiglia!

Reviewed By Me_mauryFAppartamento molto grazioso, ben tenuto e pulito e dotato di tutto cio' che serve in vacanza! I proprietari Viviana e Mario sono spettacolari e si vede proprio che gli piace ricevere gente in casa loro! La casa si trova non troppo lontano dal mare (20 minuti!) o dalle bellezze dell'entroterra toscano (Volterra ad esempio) e a completare il tutto, oltre a diversi ettari di terreno curatissimo, una piscina ad uso esclusivo!!!! Sicuramente torneremo :)
