Reviewed By Jack TA very decent place, ideal to use as a hub to explore Marie-Galante, certainly value for money. The breakfast is nice, with a personal touch, and during your stay at the resort you will always have this beautiful view over the sea, which is only a few metres away. If the pool would not be there, the waves would be at your doorstep. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Coco Beach Resort. Thanks to the hospitality, helpfulness, and service with a big smile. Any issues we had were properly addressed, language barrier or not. In preparation for the high season there is still some work in progress but staff was working hard to get things sorted (e.g. wifi in the room, make more sockets available in the room).

Nice place with limited equipment.. Watch out for mosquitos !
Reviewed By Globetrotter-230283We stayed at Kallina for a couple of nights and although the overall experience was OK, I was happy to leave it. The welcoming attitude of the hosts was probably the biggest advantage. Although there was no one to welcome us when we got there, keys had kindly been left on our door. The pool located around the bungalows is nice although lounge chairs were not in good condition. The equipment inside was below our expectations based on other comparable bungalows we stayed in. Expect to bring your own soap to wash the very few dishes and kitchen equipment available. Same for knives. Don't expect that place to be sufficiently equiped for elaborated cooking purposes. The inside could be decorated to make it more attractive place. As recommended by Routard, watch out for mosquitos ! Of course you can find them anywhere in Guadeloupe, but that place is unbelievably full of mosquitos. Make sure you bring enough anti-mosquito spray with you.... Also, 5 starving cats were constantly around our terrace begging for food, which can also get annoying after a while. No beach is available around the bungalows. We decided to look for better options should we ever go back to Marie Galante.

Reviewed By GoPlaces792451Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans un gite avec nos 2 enfants; Le site est plutôt sympathique, avec piscine petite terrasse extérieure. L’intérieur du gite est un peu vieillot mais bon pour 2 nuits ça passe…Parcontre le propriétaire n’est pas du tout commode, on sent qu’on l’embête . Il n’est pas du tout avenant vis a vis de ses clients et est d’une antipathie incroyable . Sa femme est beaucoup plus gentille; POUR CONCLURE, SVP MADAME gérez votre gite de manière autonome sans faire intervenir votre mari car il va vous faire fuir les clients ……
