One of the safe and sound beaches in Galle. It is a great place to stay at sunset. Sea bath also making us fresh. The only problem is the parking problem.

Very nice and religious place with beautiful views. I recommend a walk along the gallery of the pagoda, soaking up the atmosphere, of course, bare feet. Negative are only local residents who want a small contribution even for greeting. I recommend a visit.

Very old temple and a devol in Unawatuna area. Situated on a hill faced to the beach. A very nice and safe place to visit. You can see a very rare tree named Konthalan, in the temple premises. As per botanists, there are only few trees of this type available in the world.

Very good organised beach. Very long and not so full of people. If you count number of people in the city of Galle, beach is still free. My children had a place for sand plays and for swimming too. There are not so big waves and my 2 years baby can manage them. Near the beach are a lot of hotels and restaurants and bars for avg 300 LKR for a drink like ice tea or beer. I recommend this place for all day.
