This is a brand new Hungry Jacks so I thought I would try it. The restaurant was clean and modern. The food is typical Hungry Jack's food, so nothing to report there . However the staff was a real eye opener! It's as if they have had NO training at all. We were there in the evening and all the staff looked like they had been recruited from the local high school, I have no problems with that except when the staff carry on like they were still at school. They were so busy chatting that they weren't taking orders. Five people so engrossed with their own conversations that they obviously forgot why they were there. We was about to leave when they finally took our order. Even while the girl was serving me, there was a male who kept putting one of the cardboard crowns on her head and generally being annoying. We were served our drinks first, which were sitting on the counter when a couple of kids came in, took my drinks and walked out, the annoying male behind the counter thought this was hilarious! Eventually we received our meals and had to convince the girl that served me that we had not taken the drinks already and we did not know the kids who did. We sat in the restaurant and for the entire time we were there, the staff behind the counter acted like fools. Throwing & rolling the cardboard crowns around, placing them on their heads and then putting them back on the counter to hand out to customers. Yelling and joking constantly. Then they started making mixtures of the frozen drinks and sampling them, they would fill a large cup to the brim, take one sip then throw out the drink and start again. Where was the manager? They are wasting profits! This while all the while having a queue of customers watching their antics! Pathetic! These staff members either have had no training or just choose to act like fools behind the counter. Their first concern is obviously to have fun and not serve customers. This staff is too immature to hold these positions and should be replaced with people who genuinely want to earn a living and provide good customer service. For a new store that has been opened less than a month, this is really pathetic. Where was the manager? There didn't appear to be anyone there over 17 years of age or anyone in charge. With so many other fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity, I would highly recommend avoiding this one!

Got our dinner to takeaway from here. Flathead grilled with beetroot and feta salad plus Hoki and chips. Huge serves $30 and beautifully cooked.Really worth a visit. Licensed also a coffee machine and tasty range of fruit salad to finish off with.Wonderful

My children love subs for an alternative dinner option and here I find they make them quick and staff to be very good with the children who can't see over the counter but want to order their own. With deals like 2 for $10 It is great value.

We visited with our 3 kids to give them a similar dining experience to what we enjoyed as kids with the all you can eat pizza pasta salad and dessert bar.Definitely did not disappoint with lots of the same family favourites we grew up eating!The food was great lots of hot and fresh variety and the staff and service was fantastic and friendly.Great value and brought back lots of great memories of family outings to the local all you can eat Pizza Hut!We will be back again for sure!Thanks for your kind words Nicole - we are so glad you had a great time! Very unassuming takeaway from the outside but how good is the food.A traditional family run business with the best pizzas and pastas on the Central Coast.We dive past other takeaways to get their yummy food.

Atleast once a week I endup here for a yummy hot chocolate.Made quickly served hot .Definitely good value for money and great for alittle time out without the kids.

I had battered!!! Gf fish and chips from here. They were really good. They know their gf with a separate fryer for gf food and you can ring ahead to get them to warm up the oil. They also had gf battered prawns, scallops and sea scallops. I will be back.

I have been shopping at the Asian Heaven since 2008 and have always been very happy with everything, and they got a good pensioner discount on Wednesdays.It is mostly a take away business but there is a couple of tables where it is possible to eat. Lunch, Dine in, Takeaway. Catering for party. 133 dishes and Home Delivery to Kanval,Gorokan, Toukley Lake Haven and Noraville. Minimum order $30.00.
