Braceria facile da raggiungere nel centro storico di Valenzano. Vasto assortimento di carne e tutto di qualità , dalla condita ai semplici tagli classici, il servizio è celere e personale molto gentile, effettuano anche da asporto. Il locale è piccolo, con volte basse e i tavoli sono molto vicini quindi non aspettatevi un posto tranquillo e riservato. Ottimo posto per gruppi di amici.

Very welcoming owners and staff. Dishes are big and diverse and you get to taste local Apulian meat. A simple and cozy place for a dinner out. The traditional "zampina" sausage was my favourite meat dish, simply amazingly flavoured.

If you are not Italian and want to experience la dolce vita up close come to this family restaurant to experience it. Authentic local food and wine but the real show will be all the happy locals with their children. You will never want to leave. Reserve for Saturday night!

We drove to this place to taste and experience the art of meat preparation from a family with long tradition and it was a find. Very simple concept clean nice. We picked the meat and other specialities prepared by the owner directly at the entrance. After a selection of antipasti arrived the king of meat and the smell was promising. The taste was divine. It's a really a family business. Do you expect good service? Here it's country side stile, you get what they have ( plastic cup and plastic dishes) . We had "diaframma" steak is not recommended, sausage it's was too raw:-( however other quality of meat it was great "spiedino's" of different flavours. Price it's so affordable ...

Went to this tipical Braceria or called "Fornello", where you can have all kind of meat from direct sources of the local producers, last October and did surpriced me that much that I'll be back in this tiny town just to eat again in this little restaurant.The quality and the quantity of different choice of meat is just endless, traditionally in Puglia they do have this kind of kitchen were you can chose direct from the butcher fridge and they cooked for you. This one is a MUST TRY! Loved it!

I visited here with my boyfriend on a saturday. We were looking for a good restaurant with ample parking. When you enter you choose what you want to eat from what looks like a Butcher display. We were then shown to our table, we had a lovely starter with bruschetta, different salamis and cheeses, then we had the meat we had chosen, and finally dessert. All the food was amazing, the price incredible, and the staff priceless....really nice people. Well worth a visit!! Bacini da MaltaGreta

This was our first time visiting Fuochi. We had a large group and were seated at a nice location. Pizza was great but for some reason the staff did not pay much attention to us and were not very friendly. They also seemed in a rush to get us out which is very unusual in Italy. I had to leave my seat for a minute to have a conversation with another member of the party and when I returned the staff had removed my plate and I was not done. There are several other nice pizza places in Montrone so next time we will avoid Fuochi's.

We were taken to this gem for a Cena by our cousin that lives in Palo.He did the ordering--we had a sampling of a dozen antipasti that were creative, different and outstanding, such as , ricotta,buffalo mozzarella, grilled octopus, capicolla,and many other wonderful dishes. The main course, we shared an array of grilled meats that's served on a hot plate--veal sausages, pork sausages, filet mignon,lamb chops,etc. All cooked to perfection.For desert, we had the house special--a ricotta filled sorta with chocolate topping -- never had anything like it before.They offered us a complimentary sampling of six liquors, which was a great touch.The building is over 100 years old and it had some interesting characteristics. The service was efficiently attentive.A great dining experience.
