We went to this restaurant based on reviews and have to say we were all very disappointed. The service is terrible and the waiters in a couple of incidents quite rude. The starters and mains come to the table at different times. Some of us had our mains before we had finished the starter. The food itself was average to say the least and extremely salty. There are so many other restaurants which are so much better and friendlier. Iâd give this one a miss.

Having owned a fast food restaurant in NY, I can say that this is a good attempt to make burgers somewhat American-style. I have eaten from the Burger Bar twice. Both times all the food was served cold (main dish and side order) something which is a big turnoff. The burger buns were huge and seriously out of proportion to the meat. The fries were stale and the sauces somewhat watery. The premises were clean and the staff was very polite although they seemed really new/inexperienced at what they are doing.thank you very much for your review! it helping us

Wonderful souzoukakia, but our liver was so overcooked it was not edible. Ambiance was good, and so was the service. Salads were tasty. You can't go wrong with any of the typical Greek dishes. They know how to make them! It will be crowded so be prepared.

Located in the eastern Thessaloniki Apirotan is a traditional greek tavern!The starters were very good and the portions were huge but delicious.Very tasty house wine and free of charge sweets to close our meal.I totally recommend the place and i will visit it again.We paid ⬠13 per person.

If looking for a delicious, traditional Greek meal in a beautiful surrounding, do try Ta Kioskia in the martyr village of Hortiatis, 15 km outside Thessaloniki. You will enjoy the ride there through the beautiful outskirts of Panorama and definitely the nice, quite village of Hortiatis. The taverna has a beautiful garden for warm days with wooden, shady kiosks, and also a cosy interior with a fireplace for the winter. The dishes are delicious, very well prepared, diverse, very generous portions for affordable prices. Try the lamb chops, the traditional sausage and the horta salad, for example. The budget per person, wine included, should not take you above 10-15 eur.
