My husband and I went to Big Whiskeyâs, FOR THE FIRST TIME. We were seated relatively quick. We grabbed our menuâs and made our choices and realized that no one had taken our drink orders. *I need to insert that there were only 25-30 people in the restaurant.*We waited and....WAITED. We waited for over 10 mins and at that point, we decided to walk. We never saw a server. We were never greeted by a server. Not a hello, may I take your drink order, kiss my foot, NADA. So...we decided to walk. As we got to the hostess area, the manager THANKED us! . I asked if he was the manager, he confirmed, I told him that we had waited over 10 mins for service and got none. We just turned to the door and walked out. One thing worse than bad service is NO SERVICE.We get it, we messed up. We have done all we can to apologize to you and make it right on all 3 sites where you have left us a bad review over this incident.

I would love to re-visit in the evening. We went just after dinner, so there weren't many people there. I ordered off the menu (they have a large cocktail menu), and my husband asked for a drink that has been a fail at about 75% of the time he has ordered it. I love the atmosphere. We each only had one drink and we were both pleased. The staff was great. I don't know what else I can say except that I would recommend for a place to have a drink in the area.

Over all very disappointed in our visit. The service was poor, the food was average, and when I ordered my dish, I was asked by the waitress fried or steamed rice, and not told that choosing fried would cost two more dollars. It sounded like an open choice. When the bill arrives I was charged two dollars for the fried rice. Not a big deal, but come on, just be honest and you were already charging a lot, tell people if it will cost more. Will not be back.

Had a lovely late lunch here. Friendliest service, nice room, the arugula salad and margarita pizza were delicious. Will definitely go again when in Bentonville.

We had the 16âGrub's Choice. Pepperoni, crumbled Italian sausage, purple onions, mushrooms, marinara, & mozzarella cheese and added pepperoni. The menu should include salt as a topping because there was plenty. I like to say something positive so here it is: edible. (barely edible.) Their version of âtraditional crustâ is the hard thin over cooked gas station cardboard variety. Some folks like that. I am not a member of that group. The cheese had a chewy gluely quality that I didnât care for. The purple onion was almost enough for one slice. Not sure what happened to the mushrooms. I didnât see any.The best part is you can feed lots of people. There were six of us and we only ate half of the pizza. Other half went to the back yard possum. All in all, just about what Iâd expect from a back woods gas station/deli for 10 bucks. At $28.06 Iâll give it a one because I canât give it a zero.

Went with a group. We all waited over an hour to get our food. When it arrived, it was cold and missing ingredients. Worst lunch experience of all time.

We are originally from the Chicago area. We've been searching for a decent thin crust crispy pizza. We found it. (I know you New Yorkers don't like crispy) This is a wood fired pizza. It was very very good. Nice neighborhood bar environment. But you can also eat outside.

We approached the bar for late afternoon drinks and were met by a less than hospitable bartender who apparently was not interested in our business so we left.Hi Valerie. We apologize you had a bad experience at our restaurant. This is definitely not a level of service we find acceptable. We will make every effort to ensure this doesn't happen again. We will contact you privately about efforts to make up for your unsatisfactory experience and to earn your business back.
