Totally disappointed, sushi was not fresh, looked as if it was pre-prepared the night before. The quality is much like a sushi you would buy from a supermarket. Portions were small. The good thing is the ambiance but the service was bad.

After a full day of site seeing in the Tarbes area and beyond, found Le Hong Kong for dinner. The restaurant is close to the hotel, the perfect place for dinner after a full day of driving about the area. Food was great, owner was very engaging - really enjoyed the food and the conversation. Lots to choose from on the menu, great prices, great food! Will be back. Very Welcoming - Friendly and engaging.

Maybe old-fashioned, but a name like Very Sushi'c is a bit too gimmicky for me. Is it Japanese?Or run by some Vietnamese or even locals? A local, well-rounded- shopkeeper assured me the quality of the food was good and that the (open) kitchen was run by Japanese chefs. We were not disappointed. Well, service was slow in the beginning. Of the two waiters one (the manager? Owner?) took ages talking with a couple of regulars while his collegue was busy bringing food to the tables. Being new we ordered the Sushi Decouverte, an assortment of 24 sashimi and sushi. Which then came quickly enough including a miso soup and coleslaw. The fish was very fresh and we enjoyed it. Incl a nice bottle of white we paid â¬43. Quite reasonable

We were in Tarbes just after New Year, and with many restaurants closed, we felt lucky to find Asia open, as it looked highly recommended. While my dumplings were moist and fragrant, my spring rolls were fairly chewy, and my vegetarian business partner found his vegetarian selection (usually easy to do in an Asian restaurant but strangely short on choice) drab. All around, we thought they could do better for the price. And the service was hit & miss; we felt forgotten at many points during the meal.

My colleagues chose this place at chance and it was really good. The bar is very trendy and shows a lot of sport.Beers are plentiful ranging from the standard blonde beers to speciality Belgian.Food wise...tapas is good and there are plates such as burger, steak and fish. Really enjoyed itthank you very much for your advicewe are very happy to read it!!
