do I was on the kayaking tour to Cat Ba with Umove Adventure and I had a wonderful time. Kayaking in Lan Ha bay is truly a lifetime experience. The tour guide, Mr. Thanh is very funny and knowledgeable. He is a skilled man when it comes to kayaking and he is very caring, for me and other tourists. The equipments they provide are in good quality, with dry bags and snorkeling set. I stay at a camping site near Cat Ba National Park for the night. The tent is very comfy with matress and fan and even wifi! Highly recommend!

After seeing an online advert for this company while travelling in Vietnam I decided to book a sleeper train (what's the worst that could happen) after arriving I found my train ticket had not been booked which I made 24 hours before departure and could not get on the train. The ticket lady refused (fair enough, I hadn't bought my ticket) Although bookaway had happily taken the money out of my account already. Please learn from my mistake and never use this service, far more hassle than it's worth!! Plus I found that they added roughly 40% on this occasion for there 'work' which make the whole situation worse. Very glad I've found this all out on my first journey and please EVERYONE learn from my mistake!!

My girlfriend and I went travelling for 3 months and this was by far the best part of our trip. We thought we’d pay a little bit extra for a luxury cruise and it was absolutely worth the money. Our room was lovely with a really nice balcony. Perfect view to wake up to in the morning! The food was unbelievable with a really good selection. They were very catering for my girlfriend who is vegetarian. The 2nd day was our favourite, as we did Tai chi in morning on top of the boat and then we did a day trip to Cat Ba Island where we road bikes around the island. We also got to Kayak around the bay, visiting all the little islands. It felt like you had the whole island to yourself. Paradise for sure! Special shout out to Jack, Jolie, Manh, Sunny, Ha, Thach and Quynh for all their hard work. I would recommend this cruise to anyone!

I had an amazing experience, I will highly recommend this tour with this company. Apart from the incredible tour itinerary, delicious food, awesome tour guide, funny, friendly and very engaging, they keep the number of guests small, so you have your own private space , but you also get to engage with the other travellers and the tour dynamics makes you feel like you’re with family. Very comfortable rooms and space in the boat as well. But personally, I experienced the best service with this tour company as I left my jacket in the boat and they were very helpful and useful to get it back to me right the next day in Hanoi. I’m extremely happy to have booked this tour.
