This Temple is situated at a distance of about 20 kms from sivagangai bus stand. This Temple is famous for the Sornakaaleeswarar sannithi.. The British army could not catch the Maruthu brothers. To catch them, the British threatend to demolish the temple Gopuram of this Temple.. To save the temple from being attacked by the British Maruthu brothers gave their life to save the temple Gopuram .. Come and feel Blessed..

I just love the place I used to go there every year I just love the temple there will be huge crowd during tamil new year but the darshan will be osm.
