The view from Miller's Point is incredible and it is right off the main road. Driving up to it looks like perfectly flat country, then you turn the corner and BAM! Stunning canyon views! There is a strenuous hike to get there as well, but unless you are just into hikes, save your energy for the slot canyons and moon caves.

It was my sons 12th birthday and we had to get away from online school and work at home. 2020. 3 hours north of Las Vegas is this fabulous state park. Fishing, hiking, camping. It’s all there. We haven’t stay at a Nevada state park before and was so surprised!!! It was an awesome stay. The campsites were huge and used for both tents or rvs with all the hook ups. We are tent people but the power meant fully charged cell phones!!! The bathrooms were amazing. Better than the Best Western we stayed in in San Diego. And they were clean and smelled like 2020. Bleachy clean!! $15 a night is a steal!!! Go and you will not be sorry.
