Immerse yourself in the wine-making experience from vine to bottle, stroll through the vineyards or tour the winery and its architecture. As a guest, you will learn about hardy cold-climate grapes and their unique growth and taste properties that make them so well-suited to wine production. Our experts will guide you through a variety of our hand crafted wines in our large tasting room, or in one of our five private tasting rooms.
We paid $150 to rent the tasting room for a bridal shower and the bar tenders acted like we were a nuisance to them from the minute we walked in the door. They were rude and short with us all day. The room was extremely hot and when we asked them to turn the air up or give us a fan, they again did not try to hide their annoyance. Our guests literally had sweat dripping down their foreheads because it was so hot in the room. We also paid for an infused water station, the shower had begun and we still did not receive the infused water. I went down to the bar to ask for it and she said she would check with the kitchen. They then brought up a lemon water (I had requested and paid for a strawberry basil water). At the end of the shower I addressed the situation and they told me it must have been brought to a different party happening that day. She could not offer me a refund. I am all around disappointed in my experience. There is absolutely terrible customer service here. It's a shame such a beautiful facility has such poor workers with awful attitudes.

Kerfoot Canopy Tours is a great experience. I went solo and was paired with a fun group.
I highly recommend this tour. The guides we had, John and Sierra we very knowledgeable and did a great job training our group. They we also fun and super upbeat. That made the experience absolutely perfect.
The service at Kerfoot was also great. I was amazed at the level of professionalism.
The zip lines were well set up and the views beautiful. I plan to go again soon.

Information about Lester Prairie City Park from the Herald Journal
Located on the south side of Second Avenue South near Pine Street South, Lester Prairie City Park is perfect for reunions and parties, with playground equipment, grills, picnic shelters, and restrooms. The large shelter is available for rent by calling city hall, (320) 395-2646.
There is also a heated outdoor pool staffed by certified lifeguards. It has a slide, a diving board, and other equipment. Due to a federal mandate, a handicap lift was also installed.
For more outdoor excitement, visitors can try out the park’s tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and nine-hole flying disc golf course.
A batting tunnel is also available. The park has one baseball field, one lighted softball/football field (Bulldog Field), two Little League fields, and a T-ball field.

This is an awesome small town bowling alley with about 10 lanes, food and a brewery. We stopped in fairly early in the day and there were a few families bowling. I tried a few of their craft beers and we made our way back to the city. Great spot for families that live out this way.

Typical playground with picnic tables and trash cans. Rules are posted on a sign. The kids enjoyed themselves.

Great place to stop for pizza and beer. Several choices on the tap lines... could use a couple more in my opinion but it's not bad. The pizza is the best around. Same recipes they have had for years. I especially like the Sam's I think it is, also other good options on the menu. Normal sports bar atmosphere, a bit loud but there is the other side in the old dining area where it is much quieter. Always a good stop for dinner or supper.
