Fantastic wine bar. The food was outstanding and so are the wines of course. This family estate produces some of the best wines in Lazio. It is possible to visit the cellars below the palazzo which is well worth it. The food, done by a talented chef, offers modern takes on classic Italian cuisine. The location is enchanting, in a square in this small walled hilltop town. Everything was perfect!
