Had the privilege to cost the Korean Folks Village and witness how the Joseon live during their dynasty. They are simply amazing and amusing. Truly blessed to understand how they live and the older days. The Korean Folk Village located on a large 245 acres of land with backdrop of mountains and a river running through it. Korean Folk Village introduces traditional culture from the late Joseon period to both local and international visitors through cultural classes experience, shaman faith, seasonal customs and others. Wawoojeongsa Temple

Reviewed By ikennen - Seoul, South Korea

The Wawoojongsa (Waujeongsa) temple complex is a really awesome day trip location. Folks come to see the giant golden Buddha head, but the real attractions are to be found as you walk up the hill and explore the numerous other temples and shrines hidden away amongst the trees and landscape features. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. We went on a Saturday morning and the place was not at all crowded. Very calm and relaxing. There is a significant elevation change as you walk up. So, folks with mobility issues might find it less appealing.
