Open Terrace is covered in a small hanging vineyard and created a nice cool evening - almost like eating in the park. Our English menu was the waiter who did a nice job, courteous to us and other customers as well. His recommendations for dinner were spot on and the food was well prepared and tasty. The steak tender and juicy! Locally made schnapps was a great finishing touch!

Ci siamo stati in occasione della IDS Oberwart 2017: l'esplosione Canina. Molto gentili, siamo stati ospiti di questo Albergo a *** stelle. Camera ampia e pulita, nonostante l'assenza dei saponi in bagno e l'arredo piuttosto semplice. Ci si dorme bene e la colazione al buffet del mattino dispone sia di dolce che di salato. Accettati i nostri amici a 4 zampe. Claudio, Mara, Veronica, Noè e Hermione.

This restaurant was absolutely wrong choice for me and my family. We have tried to find a good restaurant in Oberwart on Saturday evening in late October. Unfortunately a good looking S'OHO Arestaurant was out of service and rooms in Der Stadt Wirt were a bit smoked i.e. not very suitable for our children therefore we decided to go for Restaurant Limetti that is located in shopping area at the edge of Oberwart. However we did not recognized any outstadning atmosphere in restaurant, vice-versa the atmosphere inside was impersonal accompanied by quite big noise as the restaurant is situated next to Hooters bar and playing and cinema area. The restaurant is likely very popular among locals but we really looked for something different at that evening. Moreover it was difficult to order the food for my wife and daughter as they are on gluten and lactose free diet as we did not speak fluently german. The food I and my wife finally ordered – the mix of Turkey, chicken and pork meats (Limetti Pfandl and Limetti Grillteler) accompanied by many of other ingredients was incredibly heavy and for us even not very tasty. Even in this case less would be more. However even pasta for my daughter (Pasta Aglio Olio) was drowned in oil. In order to summarize that we got quite large portions but we did not enjoyed that and total bill was relatively high compared to quality and taste of the meals we had.
If you really look for good cuisine in Oberwart and its surrounding I would certainly recommend to try the „Das Kulinarium im Petersbräu“ in near Großpetersdorf that offers modern cuisine based on local and regional food-stuffs as well as fusion of Austrian and Italian cuisines.

Wir haben Lila´s Food übers Internet entdeckt und waren völlig überrascht ein so modernes, hippes Lokal in Oberwart vorzufinden. Lila kocht alles selbst aus frischen, möglichst regionalen Zutaten. Es war mittags und es gab ein Menü aus einer sensationellen Karotten-Ingwer-Suppe, 2 Hauptspeisen und Nachspeise zur Wahl. Das leckere Chilly-weather-Curry wurde mit erstklassigem Basmati serviert. Die selbstkreierten Säfte sind ebenfalls eine Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Cafe hat einen grossen Aussenbereich mit guten Sitzmöglichkeiten und drinnen kann man auch rauchen. Das Angebot ist sehr gross, besonders Eis kann man hier das ganze Jahr bekommen.
