We stumbled upon this restaurant when we went to Eureka museum, and we're glad we did. The hostess was so friendly and welcoming. Their style of serving food gives you the opportunity to sample all the great Mauritian dishes. We will come back before we leave the island for sure.

I'm not really a fan of bubble tea, but the one i tasted was quite good. The service is good and the place is clean. Cool spot for teens.

The place is quite clean and the food is good. You can go there with children, friends, family, colleagues, whoever you want to bring there for a quick meal will do. Nice place with regular service.

Visited here with our Mauritian daughter-in-law and family. It's off the beaten track for tourists (none being there on our visit). Service very welcoming and efficient. Starters were excellent, mains less so but still pretty good. Overall, enjoyable and good value for money at 2,500 rupees (£46) for 4 adults and two children. Probably not many tourists will find or visit this establishment but as it was full of locals anyway they obviously having a winning formula.

Geronimo's found in Beau bassin exist since 17 years.A 24 seats family restaurant providing a la carte menu and also every evening providing 5 to 6 set typical Mauritian menu which changes everyday.Beef / fresh chicken / fresh fish /octopus /salted fish etc.Opening hours from Monday to Saturday 0900 to 2100 hrs.Sunday and public holiday closed.

This restaurant was truly a nice surprise. It is located well outside the traditional tourist areas, in the highlands, but if you want to have a genuine Mauritian experience, this cosy restaurant is a must. Especially as it can be a perfect stop during your day-tour around the island, or shopping around.They serve the traditional Mauritian food which depicts the cultural richness of the island, and the end-result is delicious. The kind of food even locals don't have the time nor the know-how to prepare nowadays. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, but it is charming and clean. Furthermore, the service is great and delivered always with a smile. Being outside the tourist area, prices are really good, and listed, so not a tourist catch. The whole family loved it, and it is important to note that kids are welcome and the food is also good for them.

We visited last week and had a great coffee time :D i had a capuccino and a chocolate cake with honeycomb. both were very good. Owner and staff are very professional and polite. I will surely have lunch there next time ;)
