We visited the Sanford Brewing Company several times recently during a two week long stay in Sanford. The servers were friendly and available if we needed anything else. I tried the Lavender Egg Salad out of curiosity the first time - it was very good, so much so that we had it again on another visit. I also enjoyed the Taco Salad and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. We did visit at dinner time once, and the dinner menu is slightly different (the egg salad was not available). The beers were also good, I stayed with the KlugscheiÃer (a Hefeweizen) and my husband tried some others but chose the Route 46 IPA most of the time. One of the servers noticed our hospital visitor name tags and my husband's bandaged hand, and he wished my husband a good recovery. That kind remark, along with the good food, made us want to return.

Ok so I'm not young but hey I can enjoy a trendy bar at times. I'm not entirely sure what it is about this place but it has a great atmosphere and feel good factor.Yes admittedly it's a fast food and kind of 'chicken in the basket' menu but sometimes thats all you want with the opportunity to wash it down with some refreshing beers. Basic seating on the inside and a centre island style bar which gives you the opportunity to sit next to, alongside or opposite others and engage in conversation about the sport displayed on the many tv screens. Outside area is a good place to be for atmosphere and enjoying the warm evenings.Went back two or three times so says a lot! Give it a go.

Restaurant was very loud, It was around 7 p.m. in the evening. The Women's Restroom was absolutely gross! I asked to speak with the manager and told him same. Once dinner was over I returned to the bathroom and there was no improvement, Honestly, it ruined my appetite. I hate to see what the kitchen looks like.

The first thing you have to say about the Bungalow Retreat is that the staff is amazing and go out of there way to make sure you are having the best experience possible. After my meal the manager came and asked a bunch of questions. I felt that he actually was interested in how I felt and not just going through the motions. The menu has a bunch of different burgers, like one with Belgian waffles instead of buns. The food was fairly average and did not stand out. Pricing is about average for the area. The decor is pretty interesting as well. Would try again.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch this week based on the restaurant's location and Tripadvisor reviews.Our biggest takeaway is that the lunch portion sandwich sizes are HUGE. We probably should have split one order instead of ordering a sandwich for each of us. I selected the chicken parm sandwich and is was extremely tasty. The potato chips that came with it were ok - probably should have upgraded to the waffle fries (my wife did and they were much better).Considering that the sandwiches with one side were $8 we were extremely happy when the bill arrived.We certainly will return if back in the area.

Went to Duffy's specifically to try the Impossible Burger (vegetarian) on their menu. Burger was really great, all else just ok.The burger is on the menu for 12.99, a little steep in my mind. Fries are included but subbing anything else was an up charge - I did sub for a house salad, it was fine, nothing special (very stale croutons). The burger comes on a bun with lettuce and tomatoes (I found out later I could have asked for pickles). All other toppings are another up charge.Interestingly, the calorie count shows as 290 - which is exactly the calories count for the burger. Apparently the bun and lettuce and tomato have zero calories.Our server was very pleasant, the restaurant is clean and comfortable - very roomy.

We came here after participating in the Gr8 to Don8 5K and had brunch with our Framily! As always the food was delicious and the service superb. Our server Katia was stellar! Our food arrived with good timing and the libations were delicious as was the food! Love coming here anytime of year and anytime of day!

Upon first run through the menu, was humored to see a Mexican offering for a appetizer (Quesadilla) and a New Orleans/Cajun Entre (Jambalaya), but the rest had nice Irish Overtures. service was efficient. The price point for the food offerings seemed most reasonable. On weekends and late night the establishment surely to get very busy as it serves as a local "watering" hole and popular with younger folks, but does a nice dinner service. Worth a visit.
