Don’t go there. Just don’t. The price advertised on TripAdvisor is €120 whereas some of the people we flew with paid $80 in VangVieng! Takeoff from a wasteland full of trash in the middle of nowhere, 20 minutes flight over VV (not the prettiest sight by far unless you’re into power lines and hotel roofs) with barely any explanations and then bye. We learnt afterwards about the French company flying in the countryside next to the blue lagoons and we should have gone with them.

Numerous rivers cutting deep into the hard volcanic bedrock have created a wide variety of waterfalls, some of them easily accessible by road. Being famous for the production of world class coffee, it has recently become a sought after tourist destination with spectacular options. Very artistic temple. Can just go on your own. Don't need a guide. Its more to an art then a temple for prayers. You can make a wish on the wishing leaves and had it hang.
