We had dinner here on our last night before flying home. Staff were super friendly, meals were beautiful and reasonably priced. Servings were generous. The restaurant bought out bread and entrees at no charge and these were delicious there was live music which was also great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It was spotless and all of us enjoyed our meal

We tried a takeaway pizza for a chilled night in with a beer staying at the JW Marriott.. base was decent but toppings were tasteless and cheese was definitely not the usual mozzarella. Obviously accepting you donât come to Thailand to eat the best Italian it was acceptable but not to be repeated. Pasta dishes looked reasonable. Easy two minute walk from Marriott and possibly better still and cheaper than the Olive restaurant in Marriott which was a real let down.

I spent all of last season (Nov 2018 - May 2019) in Khao Lak and Piccola Maria was a treat once a week or every two week. The dough is delicious (thick and yeasty, not thin and crispy!), the toppings range from "normal" (tonno & cipolla, salami, margherita) to very nice. Try the Boscaiola with prosciutto and funghi! The service is nice and friendly and the Thai staff understands when you order using the Italian names :) The house wine is from the box, but very drinkable.Thank you for your review Anja, Nice to hear you really enjoyed it here with us. This was our third time to Khao Lak and our fourth visit to this restaurant. We love Thai food but had read reviews of this restaurant and couldn't resist during our first visit. The pizza and pasta was delicious as usual. My daughter had a salami pizza and she cleaned up the plate! My husband and I had pasta and both dishes were excellent. We brought our friends this time and they were impressed as well especially since their daughter who is notoriously picky gobbled up her pizza without prompting.The service is also great-friendly, efficient staff. Always worth a visit when we go to Khao Lak.

We have eaten at Ben's on more than 10 occasions, firstly back in December 2018 and now in June 2019 on our Wedding Anniversary holiday. We haven't tried the pizzas that they are renowned for here, however the Thai food is absolutely delicious. We have tried so many items on the menu, and have never ordered one that we weren't delighted with. The service is very good, cold hand towels on arrival & they are very hospitable. The cocktails are great value, and thankfully not as weak as most places make them. We have been to Thailand seven times in total and this was our 2nd trip to Khao Lak. Bens is definitely one of our top 2 favourites that we will keep going back to in Khao Lak for sure!

We enjoyed every minute of our time at this restaurant. The food was outstanding and Patty is a attentive host. Her staff are also very good. Enjoyed garlic pizza for starter, chicken and mushroom sauce and snitty for main. Also enjoyed a huge fresh salad to share. I particularly loved the Aussie wine.... So good!

Peter, our waiter, was outstanding and gave us exceptional service. THE BEST Italian I have ever had, which I did not expect from a holiday to Thailand! Fresh pizza from a pizza oven and handmade pasta dough - couldnât beat the quality. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Khao Lak!

Visited with a family with 3-9 YO children. The buffet for the kids was great. The service was amazing (specifically Nott but also all others). The food and wine excellent. We used the recommendation that we were given. Celebrated my birthday with a night to remmember. Highly recommended. Pricey but worth it.
