We were there on a Saturday night and it was recommended to us by family and the desk at the DoubleTree. Very busy place and had to wait about 1/2 hour for a table. After being seated, the service was fast and the pizza was good. Of course, we all have expectations based on our experiences with pizzarias at our hometown, but we would go back again.

With a great deal of trepidation I decided to take my girlfriend of many years to the tPrimavista for her birthday celebration. We were accompanied by various members of her family . I knew it would be an unforgettable experience.It was starting off on the right note. Everyone was very attentive to me. I have Parkinsonâs Disease and the wheelchair that I had ordered didnât arrive athe vendors therefore I was wheelest. Not a problem I was told and the evening was full of Sweetness Thank you to the staff and especially those who told me not to worry and think they made me feel welcome....

Jermaine was his name ;yes, that's the one ;the tall waiter; no, you will not forget him as his character and approach to helping his customers is beyond the 'call of duty'.He had his hands full with several huge tables but he 'sneaked' us in and looked after us immediately and quickly ,even though he had those huge parties going on. we were shocked and surprised how quickly our orders were visible and edible right in from of us. as a result of his service.,I had to write him up for the Olive Garden. Make him a 'training tool' for your establishments as he is one of the best we have ever encountered and we love the Olive Gardens in southwest Florida and beyond.needless to mention, the food was outstanding and good!!

Donatos knows how to make a great pizza. Even getting it delivered it tastes better than most in-house pizzas. They don't skimp on the sauce, and the sauce has true Italian flavor. The meat toppings are generous and the cheese is sure to please. I used to think La Rosa's was the best pizza in Greater Cincinnati, but they've been displaced by Donato's.

We enjoyed our meal here. The waitress was very friendly but not very helpful when it came to things to see in the area. (Not her job) the food was good and presented well. We at here twice in our three day stay in the area.

I don't eat pizza very often (the proportion of greens is still not enough even with a salad on the side), but was pleasantly surprised! We did not dine in, only ordered to be delivered to a hotel nearby. Was impressed with how cheesy the foccasia pizza was. I and friends really enjoyed it!

This is a great place to grab a quick pizza and drink when utilizing the Cincinnati Airport. It was just a couple of exits down from our hotel and very near an outlet store we frequent when in the area. It had that great brick oven pizza aroma when you walk in and the flavors were excellent and fresh. Great meal and atmosphere.
