Hands down THE best Italian pizza Iâve ever tried...I came here a year ago and thought Iâd give it another go,and Iâm so happy I did...The pizza was delicious,once ordered it was presented not more than 5 minutes later...Right next to me the pizza was being made..Canât recommend it enough...The pizza alone is worth visiting...If I could give it 1000 stars I would !!!

Was really pleased when we entered as they asked if anyone had allergies and was given a separate gluten free menu.I ordered a classic burger which came with a jacket potato. Waitress arrived with my chicken burger, sent back to the kitchen as Iâd ordered a classic beef burger.My classic burger arrived with my jacket potato. Jacket potato was still frozen ! Returned again to the kitchen! Manager apologised and said he wouldnât charge me for my meal. My friends by now had eaten theirs Upon receipt of bill my gf classic was still being charged. Yes a hat trick of bad mistakes. My meal was removed from the bill.I hadnât been to Frankie & Bennyâs for about 5 years because of the disgraceful meal I had then which I didnât have to pay for and was given vouchers (which I still have) Looks like Frankie, Benny and I are done

We dropped into our local bella today to celebrate my birthday. What a beautiful meal we had too. From the moment we were greeted at the door by the ever so helpful and friendly Paula,our experience here was perfect.nothing was too much trouble for Paula and the speed/service provided was 1st class. Cant wait to return and hopefully be served by Paula again.

After the waiter leant over our heads To pass our food to the other side of the table, at the end of the meal he then took our payment (in cash) and ASKES TWICE ?! if we WANTED our change back ?? Now thatâs just RUDE . We would of normally after receiving our change back left a tip but on this occasion we decided he was far too rude to be given one.

Was there this evening and it was very busy. Managed to reserve the last table for the evening!This is the best Italian restaurant around. All the personnel & Manager are lovely, polite & helpful. The food is amazing every time I go there. Would definately recommend!Dearest dianneAnd we love that you just LOVE our simple trattoria where simple food is served with a smile! We alwais try and accomodate everyone as long as we dont compromise on the quality and the consistancy of our food! With much love the head of the simply italian family

The best Italian restaurant in Rochester.We would both recommend any fish specials they have all been fantastic,always friendly and welcoming staff.Can not wait to go back again as this is our favourite restaurant as you never free rushed and can not praise the food enough.Thank you so much!!!!

We regularly visit this restaurant. However just when we thought things couldnât get better they have. The food is amazing. The staff are more than helpful. We always leave here happy. Would certainly recommend. New added feature they now have a singing chef and he is amazing. Well done Il Padrino. We will be back.
