Reviewed By Pamela RHad the worst experience of all times at this hotel and we have been there numerous times and by far was this the worse. If you love barking dogs and dont care that the staff did nothing about it then this is the place for you. Otherwise I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Like I have said No free breakfast .we stayed at the Katy Holiday inn , it was fabulous , they even had a automatic pancake maker YUM

Reviewed By sjohns172943Affordable housing alternative in a pinch. We needed a short stay. Clean, comfortable and affordable. They have great staff who were very helpful when my key card didn’t work. Great pool and pet friendly.

Reviewed By O9045XPanitadCheck in was easy and our room was very nice and clean. We did not use the pool or outdoor area but it looked very nice. We had reserved a King suite but they upgraded us to a larger suite which was very nice with a fireplace. We will surely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Reviewed By Paultracy56We had business in the area and decided to spend the night, as soon as we got there we were told there are renovations going on and no water from 11 PM to 3 AM. I wish we were told in advance. Room was ok, for some reason the TV remote did not work, a broken light or two. We got stuck on the freeway side so it was noisy in the morning. When we checked out, the girl wanted the keys to the room, she acted like she was going to charge us if we didn't have them. I usually leave them in the room? Overall, it was ok. Not the best, not the worst.

Reviewed By DoniceOxfordur family unfortunately has been extended guest in Peoria Woodsprings Suites a few times in the past few years. Our stay this time of a few extended for 7 months. And I am happy to say that each time our visit has been pleasant. With all the other hotel's near we choose this hotel over all, not only for the rates, but their rooms are large with a full kitchenette. My only Quam is that I think their location's should have a place for the little visitors to play. When your having an extended stay the kids tend to get a bit stir crazy having nothing to do and no space or place to play safely. Other than that, I've never felt unsafe, nor been treated badly, the staff has been friendly and respectful, but of course when given respect. Having said that when reading all the other reviews, having had bad experiences and their stay ending badly. Things about bugs and druggie's. This is addressed to those reviewers. You'll see strange people in every hotel no matter were it is. And from my observations here at this location in Peoria AZ, I've watched these types of guest become short term guests. As for the rooms and bugs, instead of jumping in and giving your stay a 1 star, maybe you shouldn't be so negative, and speak to the manager about those issues so he can kindly take care of the problem. And work on a solution. They would be more than happy to work with you if you bring it to their attention. But by respectful doing so. I've seen many guest walk through the door with chip's on their shoulder right from the start of checking in. being disrespectful, with unnecessary attitudes. And the disregard of how trashy some of you can be, thinking to yourself, oh it's ok they get paid to clean it up your trash you leave. I'm very ashamed of those types. The staff are there to make your stay a pleasant one to a extent mind you. We are all adults how bout acting like one. Clean up after yourselves be respectful to others and the property, it makes the stay more pleasant. Give respect and you'll receive the same back. No one wants to be disrespected and talked down to. So Smyth you comment how trashy it is. It's mainly some of you that make it that way. These types of guest were never taught manners or morals. And one more thing, if it is a trashy place like you say. Why is it booked and at full Capacity pretty much 100% of the time? To the staff at Peoria,AZ location, Thank you for your hard work, and dedication on a job well done. And for all those negative reviews, I believe the good out weighs the bad. If there not happy, it's really not the stay that caused it. They are just in a permanently bad mood to start with before they even walked through the doors. You don't need their kind there anyways. The NFL Arizona Cardinals Stadium is under construction 6 miles to the south. Within a 1 mile radius of our Glendale - Peoria Hampton Inn are over 50 restaurants including PF Changs, Buca di Bepo, the Fox and Hound, Palo Verde Pizza, Texas Roadhouse, Krispy Kreme, In and Out Burger, the Cheesecake Factory and Firebirds Grill. Reviewed By Chuck SQuoted one rate at check in. Ask for bill, but they said you only get it at checkout. At checkout, bill had a higher rate plus $50. I objected and eventually the manager gave me my rate, but extra $50 still showed. They said it would be refunded after 24 hours. Been 5 days, NO REFUND AND TOTAL BILL IS $100 too HIGH. Going to call them tomorrow, but I think you should avoid this hotel, lots of others in the area.
