Dream Wedding Weekend
Reviewed By gabriellasJ4149REMy husband and I just got married at the Hyatt Lodge the weekend of June 4th and we can confidentially say everything was PERFECT! Not only is the venue stunning but the staff here are so attentive and incredible to work with. Lori was my main point of contact and the main reason our wedding was flawless. She was not only always available to answer all of my questions but went above in beyond in making sure my husband and I felt comfortable. There are so many decisions you need to make when planning a wedding and Lori always made the entire process easy for us. She was personable, attentive, and we felt cared for! Furthermore, on our actual wedding day, so often we hear how the bride and the groom not getting a chance to eat but that wasn't our case. A plate of the horderves were saved for us before we entered the reception, ever time we had to get up to walk around, they would take our plates to keep it warm and return it back to us the minute we sat down. AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! Every single guest complimented us on the food! AND every single food allergy and restriction were taken care food the first time around. Every time I would walk pass the "Bartender Dan", he always made sure I had a fresh drink in my hand. My guest later informed me that he remembered people's names and drinks orders and we had roughly 150 guests! Net net the venue is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff is amazing. You can ask for a better venue than the Hyatt Lodge.

Breakfast is hearty, and the wife loved the the made to order omelette! We had about 30 folks in our group and all were positive re their experience. Work with Erin, if you can. She did a great job!

The food in the dining area and at the wedding reception we attended was delicious and had a unique flair. And the hotel staff was wonderful. There was a lot happening at the hotel the weekend we stayed and they just were so accommodating, friendly and enjoyable to be around. Thanks for everything.

Reviewed By pwkaplanProperty is a total dump. No services as advertised on arrival. Customer w/walker unable to access elevator due to broker/missing tiles. Food service essentially no existence. No heat. Disgrace that the Hilton name is still on this property. Would NEVER return

Perfect Suburban Stay
Reviewed By amyuloThe team at Le Méridien was so kind and welcoming. Anne at the front desk was so helpful with confirming multiple rooms. She was kind and patient throughout the whole process. Tom was very welcoming when we checked in for the stay. And although it was late in the evening he was still very upbeat and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable with amazing pillows. Loved the illy coffee maker. Everything was perfect for a one-night stay. We also enjoyed breakfast on the 9th floor in the morning. The space is beautifully appointed with great views of the area. The service was prompt and attentive. The food was very good. I ordered the oatmeal and fresh berries which was nice and fresh, and my husband's avocado toast was the star of the show. Extremely flavorful. 10/10 Overall, I would highly recommend Le Méridien for business or family travel.

Not bad but Not Good
Reviewed By Z4109XKmarkgI rate this hotel as "Fair". Aside from the check-in with Nigel (who was pleasant) the hotel seems to lack attention and interest. The appearance is poor and the elevators are broken - 2 of 3 elevator did not work (which makes me worry about the attention to Preventive Maintenance here). Finally, the rooms and bathrooms are small and my loyalty to Marriott was not acknowledged. Being a Titanium member if I was to come to this area again, I would consider the Le Meridien instead.

Perfect Place to Stay!
Reviewed By Polly MMy husband and I recently stayed in the Residence Inn while visiting our family in Elmhurst IL. We loved this residence! Our room was large and very clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was big enough for us to share. While we didn’t use the kitchen except to wash our travel mugs and chill some wine, it had everything we would have needed, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and full of good food choices, and the pool was lovely and very clean. The front desk people were extremely helpful. We hope to stay here again soon!
