Homely sphere like a mountain hut
Reviewed By Angela KWe stayed in this friendly hostel in a double room with private bathroom.The owner and his wife renewed their hostel recently.Ths lounge has great panorama windows as if you are constantly watching a BBC nature programme.Owner advised us on a nice walk (not too demanding!) to a puente colgante( hanging bridge).It was not too far.Beware you have good walking boots! The path has many big stones,but the walk is worthwhile doing!

A beautiful place surrounded by natre just above the Cochamo village, close to the valley of La Junta (The Yosemite of South America). An ecological and welcoming hostel created by a Swiss Chilean couple. We have 5 rooms, 3 big bathrooms, a terrace with beautful views and good heater, moreover a well equipped kitchen at your disposal. Your stay includes a breakfast buffet and the European standards of attention and infrastructure.
Stunning location and house
Reviewed By LauritaAndresThis is an absolute gem - one of our favourite places to stay in 13 months of travelling. Beautiful house with stunning views, very tranquil and the perfect place to relax. Silvie and Manuel are lovely to chat to and very accommodating, picking us up from the centre of Cochamó village and helping us plan our route south, also providing a wonderful breakfast (great coffee, excellent homemade bread and jams). We would have loved to stay much longer; a very special place.

The pure waters of the Andean lakes and rivers home salmon and trout as well as other species. We offer beautiful rooms overseeing the Reloncavi Fjord -the first of Patagonia- and nice, first class traditional food prepared with fresh ingredients. An open air hot tub invite you too relax under the starry Patagonian nights.

The warmth and friendliness atmosphere of this place is beyond all expectations. Daniela and Maximiliano are devoted to their guests, who clearly feel their personal involvement. There’s absolutely no room for improvement in terms of service. Congratulations and well done !

Our Place is located along the Cochamo river, surrounded by native forest where nature has created a magical and welcoming place perfect to relax and connecting yourselves with the surrounding landscape. We are located at 8 km from the town of Cochamo, 5 km from Reloncavi Fiord and 500 meters from the trailhead to the La Junta.
One night in our tent
Reviewed By SnuasenWe stayed one night at the camping la frontera. We were warmly welcomed! There are warm water showers, eco friendly toilets, possibility to swim in the river and a nice, shady place to camp. It was quiet during the night and we would have stayed definetly longer if we had time to!

Reviewed By antonnia30Este camping está a orilla de camino lo que permite un fácil acceso. Es un lugar amplio, limpio y despejado que puede recibir varios visitantes sin problemas. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado; tiene baños limpios y duchas con agua caliente. Además, permite el acceso a un hermoso quincho rústico comunitario que cuenta con refrigerador, lavaplatos, mesas y asientos para los visitantes. También tiene una cabaña equipada para los viajeros que lo prefieren. La atención de su anfitrión, Ricardo, es sobresaliente en amabilidad. Precios muy convenientes considerando todas las comodidades que posee.
