Office social secretary and our resident Guildford expert booked this as part of our office Christmas night out. Despite her worries, we thoroughly enjoyed it and are still talking about it in the office 6 weeks later. Absolutely was an ADULT panto given its content, but the production value was high for such a modest ticket price, and the acting was high class. The ability of the actors to involve the audience (and ad lib) was first class, and exactly what you want from a panto. Most of us had no idea the Guildford Fringe Theatre Company even existed, but it is now firmly on our radar and we will be going to future shows. HIGHLY recommend - BUT NOT FOR CHILDREN!

Had a fabulous evening. Ute held the audience with the wonderful story of Marlene and her beautiful voice filled the theatre. It was just so good.

What a great night, I love the atmosphere at The Boileroom and the enthusiastic, friendly and helpful staff. BC Camplight were on top form as always. The Boileroom gets amazing bands for such a small venue - I'll be back there soon for sure!

Quite comfortable seating with good sightlines and the free-to-hire headsets work OK in the absence of hearing loop which would be preferable. Parking can be a nightmare if you arrive quite near performance time so it's worth thinking about the restaurant which serves a small range of attractive food at reasonable prices; the wine list is unusual and has some really nice ones on it. It's worth reserving as that seems to bring table service; if you turn up without a booking you need to fetch and carry for yourself, it seems.

G Live was refurbished many years ago from what used to be Guildford Civic Hall. It is a great concert venue and puts on a variety of music and dance during the year including classical music and opera. It has been a big success in the area, adding to other cultural facilities in Surrey and Guildford
