A decent place for good Chinese food. The service is usually good. The restaurant can get noisy but it's family friendly (bring the kids). The food is served promptly, warm and well-seasoned. The servers are friendly and welcoming.Decent parking and large, spacious waiting area/lobby. Usually can get seated right away though.

An excellent place in the Central Coast for Dim Sum any day. Order from a picture menu which offers other options too. We have dined here several times since it opened in 2016. For my family of 4 adults our bill ranges from 60 - 90 dollars a visit, but well worth it for good dim sum outside of San Francisco with attentive staff.

Stopped into this chain restaurant and found it to be not as good as other Panda Express restaurants that I have visited. It did not appear that the restaurant is very well managed and the employees seemed to have the attitude that they would much rather be somewhere else. Food was just ok. Not what I am used to from a Panda Express Restaurant.

Stopped in for lunch, not very busy, the place is a little dark and seriously needs updating. The age of the place is evident in the booths and carpeting that has not likely been changed since the place became a Chinese restaurant a couple of decades ago. So the food is just OK, we had not dined here for years, and now remember why. We had the Beef Broccoli and the Almond Chicken. The soup served with the lunch special was a wanton soup, good but not great. The broccoli was fresh and the beef tender. The chicken was tasty and all the chopped vegetables were good. Service was good The price is about average for a Chinese restaurant with a lunch special. So if your looking for a decent Chinese food at an affordable price, this place will serve you well.

Great go to for good Chinese fare, but the true gems are the delicious American entrees. You can't go wrong, Chef Lo turns out great food, in a small location (don't turn away because of the size) and at reasonable prices. Your taste buds will thank you!

Been coming here for many years now. Cuisine is always fresh and flavorful. They don't use MSG and food is not overly sauced. To-go items are always ready in about 20 minutes. My husband who normally won't eat Chinese food loves this place, and he is super picky too! Never once had a bad meal here and that's saying a lot for Monterey Peninsula which is know for inconsistent dining.

Surprisingly good! Weren't expecting all that much as we hadn't done any research, only got the recommendation from the concierge at the holiday inn express - and we were DELIGHTED with the portion size and flavors - excellent quality (sweet and sour chicken plus vegetable chow mein plus fried rice) - top notch, wolfed it down and there was nothing left! Will be back next time we're in town!

Castroville's great little place. Ben the owner and cook and his wife have a great place. It probably will only sit 30 people and never has a wait. The service is quick and the food is tasteful and always a huge portion. If you like good Chinese food. It is a must!
