Visited the restaurant there and then the gallery. There was a focus on local artists from young children onwards. The display easy to walk around and well sorted in genre and aspect.

Visited Mortels to choose my 15 yo grandson's Xmas present. These are the 3rd pair of Ugg Boots I've bought - 2 as gifts. The shop has a huge & extensive range of sheep skin products from boots & car seat covers to coats & hat's. You can do a guided tour of the factory out back & there's a lovely cafe to visit as well, once you've done your shopping. Just off the M1 too. Just look for the bright huge Ugg Boots out front.

Morpeth Brewery & Beer

Reviewed By missbondi1967 - Currans Hill, Australia

The evidence: many many empty schooner glasses, two very merry old old school friends and their long suffering wives. The witnesses: the master Brewer and the assistant brewer who schooled the men in the finer points of the beers craft and the drinkers dilemmas. The dilemma: which beer to drink next. The verdict: truly excellent beer, delicious food accompanying it and delightful company in the pub and at the tables.
