The cottage offers tasty Slovak or regional meals. Nice and helpful staff, folk music (just bear in mind, if you don't like it as it is constantly playing). The meals are of average (maybe slightly over average) prices, but very tasty and appropriately prepared. Recommended.

We loved this place. The vibe is young and contemporary. The wait staff were very professional. The burgers were very good and prepared exactly to order. Even the vegetarians in our group enjoyed the veggie options available. We liked this place so much that we visited their branch in Liptovsky Mikulas a couple of days later.

Currently sitting here enjoying a lovely tea and cake. Me and my other half are in Tatraâs for a 10 night stay and this cafe is in the same building that our apartment is, which is quite handy. The owners are really nice people, the first night our flat was not ready for a few hours as it was being cleaned late and they kindly offered to store our luggage in their store room which was really sweet of them. They really go out of their way to look after you here. They have very good coffee, a generous selection of teas, cakes, ice cream, pancakes, basically a heaven if you have a sweet tooth like me. Also, a great bohemian beer on tap called Svijany as well as various spirits and soft drinks. They also have a childrenâs corner with lots of toys if you have little ones that need entertainment. Thereâs also a separate smoking room if you a smoker and tables and chairs outside if you want to soak up the sun on a nice day.Highly recommend this place, they make you feel welcome and you feel right at home straight away.

First I have to say the food here is good but the menu is (probably) the shortest menu of a mainstream restaurant I've seen in a long time which whilst this makes "choosing" quicker the choices are very limited.Other restaurants with more choice are available.

As the name suggests this is primarily a "grill" based menu and all cooked on the grill was excellent. Well sized portions and a nice service level made for a nice visit. Definitely on my "return to" list on my next ski visit.

We went here for quick dinner after seeing very good rating of this bistro. Well, we were quite disappointed. We had burgers, that for the price were very mediocre. We live in Bratislava, which is in general more expensive, and for 8 euro, I expect a good burger full of flavor. Meat was quite good, but absolutely flavorless and sauce, veggies were very blend too. Service was okay, but waitress had no clue about allergens in dishes, which is not really assuring for me. So I don´t really recommend this place. They have craft beer pub downstairs, which was fine though.
