DH and I were here 3 times in a two week period and were not disappointed. Once alone and twice with friends. The dishes are Peruvian (first for me!) and also there was sushi. The food was very fresh and exquisitely prepared. The feel is fun, young and bistro like and the wait staff quick and accommodating. We had crunchy lettuce wraps - utterly luscious - los marlin tacos, yummmm- my friend had the miso soup and said it was delish, DH had sushi and a carpaccio and was very happy with both and our friend had the salmon and was also happy. Highly recommended!

Four of us were there for dinner on a Sat night. It was packed and we waited about 20 minutes. We had VDg Spring Rolls which could be a little less greasy, but they were tasty. The main courses were excellent. Pad Woon Sen veggies, Pad woon sen shrimp, Massaman curry vegs, and fried rice veggies.

The service was fast and friendly and the sushi was as advertised very good and that was based on all persons there present. It is definitely worth a visit again

We came here while visiting Bal Harbour Shopping Center, expecting a really expensive place. It turned out to be fairly priced, good also with children and really amazingly tasty. Grilled eggplant and asparagus, best ever edamame, wagyu beef on hot stone and good sushi made our day. Oscar, our waiter, has been super friendly and helpful explaining the menu to us as newcomers. Weâll be back if in the area.

For lunch and dinner, experience Blade's extensive sushi menu at the sushi bar or tableside, featuring dishes of the freshest fish, vegetables and tempura. Not to be missed are Chef Benny's imaginative specialty rolls, with flavor combinations that surpri
This restaurant is way over priced for what it serves. Whilst our waitress was excellent - a Japanese lady - the food was average. Two burgers, an onion soup and one beer cost 100 dollars!!Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent experience at Blade. We are saddened to learn of the challenges you encountered and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly. Our management team has attempted to reach out to you personally via TripAdvisor. We look forward to hearing from you.Sincerely,Blade Management | Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Reading the reviews I was expecting a bit more. Don't get me wrong- Nobu is a very good restaurant. Service is attentive without being over bearing, and the food is multi-layered and lovingly prepared as well as showing an imaginative twist on many of the dishes. The Yellow Tail sashimi is excellent, as is the Lobster Salad- both are standouts in my opinion and deserve a try. The sushi on the other hand was good but not up to the same level as the other dishes and the steak was also good but not great. Brussel sprouts are also very tasty and a definite must. So in short, a very good (not great) restaurant with a few spectacular dishes and the rest being good. Location and ambiance is also great. But be warned- the dinner (with beers only-no mixed drinks) was $100 per person.

The ambiance, the service, the food... everything was impeccable. We went in a large party for my best friends bachelorette party. We were also attending the show located in the same hotel. Our waiter made great suggestions based on our dietary needs. Every dish was better than the one before it. Pricey but well worth it for a special occasion. Do yourself a favor and get the sea urchin!

This is not the classic elegant restaurant that you can aspect in Miami, it's a simple place with 10/15 tables, but...Waiters are very nice and kindly personFood, we've eaten mostly sushi, was really, really good, both classic sushi as huramaki ebiten, both the "signature" rolls, where it's possible to try something different.
