Mike does an incredible job bringing unique and safe stretches and exercises to his class to help relieve body pain and improve posture, all in a very fun and friendly environment. My neck and shoulder pain has greatly improved and my core is getting stronger. I really enjoy his classes!

If you are looking for a place that will help you heal or strengthen your body, mind and soul this is the place for you. I have been practicing at Infinity for over two years now. I have strengthened my practice and body. I have found relief from my anxiety and can more easily calm my mind. Through Stephanie's ayurvedic counsel I have found healing and health. Today it's hard to find a medical practitioner who will take time and actually listen and build a TOTAL holistic health plan WITH you. I always felt rushed when in appointments with medical specialists and have struggled to believe that they have my best interest in mind. Stephanie has helped heal me in ways they never could. Through her council I have safely reduced my prescription medication and found natural supplements to find balance. She has me on a path of self love and heart opening. And then the best part of all I have been able to get rid of inflammation and excess weight (down 15+ lbs!).
