Lovely welcome to the restaurant. Been here several times before and not been disappointed. Very nice home cooked food with good portion size, Chicken in sauce was very nice and popular, seemed that everyone was ordering the chicken, mushrooms and mashed potato with truffle oil. The potato, I could have eaten with nothing else it was so good.Lamb was very good too, and lots of it, partner wondered if it was going to end!Can recommend this place. Will be back!

After visiting the chateau we were looking for some French food and the name sounded good. The waiter wasnât very friendly as in most service industry in France but we kept low profile fearing he can spit in our food but the food was delicious like in many places in France. And good size portions and good prices. Just put up with sulky please donât make me work hard attitude everywhere in France youâll get good food. Weâll go again if ever back to Fontainebleau. Anyway service wouldnât be any better at the next door café.

Slightly hidden away in a pleasant sun-trap little courtyard next to a modern art gallery this was a wee gem of a find. Set out to promote smaller wine producers with a varied - and tasty - selection, and an assortment of small and inexpensive dishes to complement, very well worth a visit. Very friendly and helpful proprietor.

Good food. The burgers were perfectly cooked. We ordered a bottle of wine but they were out and substituted another. The waiter, David, did a good job of explaining the other wine. David was very patient with our stumbling French. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Very family friendly. We enjoyed our dinner and look forward to next time.
