Been there twice, good hearty broth, lots of meat (I always get Lg #12nd time, requested extra meet and got small bowl of extra meet. Almost didn't have enough broth...almost too much meat!Definitely worth the price of admission!

The best construction detour I've had. I came across this place as the result of a construction detour and boy am I glad I did. This place ticked all the boxes for what I look for great Pho. Go here and you wont be disappointed.

Have a quick lunch with my friend during a weekend. The good things are that the order is served by waitresses/waiters (quick serve) and the order is quick to deliver. The food is also of sufficient big quantity and tasty, particularly, it is more traditional Vietnam food. The service is a bit lacking, however, in a sense that they will not serve you (tap) water without any request.

I wanted to like this restaurant so much I went back twice. Unfortunately, I found it was decent food but nothing to write home about. It looked great but was not that exciting. The service was impersonal and slow. I loved the old building but they had done nothing to preserve it or make it their own. If I worked nearby, I would go back for a quick lunch but would not consider it for a dinner with friends.

I've previously written highly favorable reviews of Xanh, but my recent experience has caused me to reassess my review. As we all know, restaurants change over time: new cooks, new owners, etc. I went solo for dinner and ordered the Miso Salmon as my main (and only) course. When it arrived the fish was warm, not hot, leading me to believe that it had sat out somewhere between being cooked and my being served. I sent it back for reheating, but that's always a problem, and the dish returned hot, but overcooked. The server saw that I was not happy with the result. She took 15% off the check and said, "There's no manager on duty, and this is the most that I can do." To me, "no manager on duty" is a bad sign, and reflects a lack of attention to the overall experience. Even the least expensive fast food chains have a manager on duty.Given my experience with the food and the absence of a manager, it appears that someone has taken his eye off the ball. At least with the lunchtime buffet, it's easy to work your way around any dish that isn't up to par, but when you order a single item, you are stuck if there is a problem and no manager to help.

I love coming here for the Pho. There no bells or whistles, but if you want a good bowl of Pho, this is the place. I always get the rare steak. Have to admit the last time I was here, it did seem like they skimped a bit on the steak, I'm hoping that was just a one time thing. Would hate to have to look for another place.

I very much liked the "Wonton Noodle" Soup and the Pot Stickers. The noodles were done just right (not too crunchy or too soft). The Wontons were pre-fried to perfection. They also put Tofu and Vegetables in the soup- all very fresh and tasty. The Pot Stickers were also very tasty. The Servers were very friendly.
