The tour is certainly very good value for the price. Our guide Umien has good knowledge of every place we visited. He talks just enough - not too much and not too little. He is very attentive and friendly in a genuine way. This day tour is actually my best experience in South East Asia - not in terms of scenery or activity but in terms of having a pleasant guide. Umien also takes really good photos! For sure having Umien as our guide enhanced the overall experience. The lady who was the driver today was also a nice person. I enjoyed talking to her while we walked up the hill to the hot spring. In terms of the activities, for me the highlight is the hot spring at the end. The facility is extremely basic but the hot spring water was very nice. I actually liked it BECAUSE of its minimally developed state. It was also relatively quiet, which was great. Tea plantation also exceeded my expectation. Overall it's a nice day out in the nature with two great local people. I would certainly recommend the trip to everyone I know if they visit Bandung.
