This was our first time to rent a Sanibel Cart, but we will definitely rent again! Our family loved using the 6 seat cart to drive our gear with us to the beach from our Otter Banks rental home. We also were thrilled to experience "open air" travel to Mucky Duck, Starbucks, restaurants - like having a convertible for all. Our only problem(a faulty plug on the charge cord) was immediately addressed(within minutes!) and replaced after I contacted Laura. Sanibel Carts & Laura were responsive to each & every one of our questions during the booking process, added names of the family drivers we wanted ahead of time, and made the entire process of delivery/pick up a breeze.
