The See Park at Romanshorn is located right across the Train Station and few minutes walk from the Romanshorn Harbour. You can reach Romanshorn via ship from Friedrichhafen in Germany or via Train literally from everywhere in Austria/Germany.
The place is pretty well planned with something in for all ages of people giving it an absolutely inviting, relaxing and scenic feeling. There are quite a few good Restaurants around the Harbour.

The Pfarrkirche St Johannes church is pretty new and can be seen from the ferry from Freidrichhafen to Romanshorn and pretty much anwhere within the visible surrounding. The church is located very close to the Harbour and Train station in the Romanshorn See Park area. Nothing extraordinary except for the colurful murals depicting the life of Jesus and the 6 church bells.

Die Erlebniswelt "Locorama" in Romanshorn ist noch im Aufbau begriffen. Von Jahr zu Jahr sind Verbesserungen zu bemerken. Neue Ausstellungsobjekte oder neue Informationen lohnen immer wieder einen Besuch. An den Sonntagen gibt es wechselnde Snacks mit oder ohne Fleisch. Für Gruppen kann ein reichhaltiges Menu angeboten werden. Die vorhandenen Exponate sind sehr anschaulich. 2 Vereine haben ihre Nostalgie - Fahrzeuge im Locorama eingestellt. Wenn keine Extrafahrten bei diesen gebucht sind, dann kann man auch diese Fahrzeuge bewundern obwohl sie eigentlich nicht zum Museum gehören. Für Jugendliche oder jung gebliebene Personen besteht die Möglichkeit, mit der Gartenbahn auf 5" - Gleisen das Areal zu erkunden.Zum Museum gehört auch ein Stellwerk mit alter Technik. Stellen von Weichen und Signalen kann aktiv erlebt werden. Ein Fahrsimulator nach neuen Stadler - Fahrzeug - Generationen rundet das abwechslungsreiche Angebot ab.

Local amplo, com parque aquático,tobogã, lago de água límpida, muita área verde, local ao lado do parque para assar um churrasco, fazer pique-nique, no dia em que visitei a entrada era gratuita, tinha campeonato de natação, banheiros espaçosos e limpos com secador de cabelo, estacionamento, uma ótima opção para a família nas altas temperaturas.
