I made the booking for an anniversary surprise. When I booked I was told there wasn't anyone else that morning yet so I could pick any time. After booking for 10am (and booking everything else AROUND that time for my day), the day before I was asked to change to 10.30. I was going to change for them but I decided it wasn't fair because I had planned a whole morning around the time I was meant to be guaranteed.
Next, we weren't told that we would have to SHARE the helicopter with another couple. We've flown with several companies before and never been put in with someone else. This meant that neither of us were in the front "money" seat.
My husband is average height and placed in the middle of the back seat. Which was just not big enough, he got a sore neck by the end from having to stoop over so his head didn't keep getting bashed with the moving helicopter. I had a window seat but get really motion sick in the back of any transportation so I didn't get to enjoy much because I was focusing on not bringing up breakfast.
Basically, of all our helicopter experiences this has been there worst, which is just so disappointing for an anniversary gift. These problems would have never existed if booking times weren't viewed as flexible and changeable. People make plans and bookings in advance for a reason. And if we were told in advance we were sharing a flight, we could have had the chance and choice to either reschedule or cancel.
Of course the views are excellent. You just wish you could properly enjoy it for the money you pay. A positive note is the staff are lovely.
Sorry for such a negative review..! I hate giving them but in this case it's important!

you go bowling, you're hungry...........well the food here will rescue you, esp. if you have hungry kids with you. not so special as to journey there specifically, but still good. Enjoy

It’s great to have a local ice skating rink. Conveniently located in Mascot it serves a wide area. The rink itself is large and well maintained as are the hire skates. Facilities are good with parking on site and prices very reasonable Lessons are inexpensive also Recommended

guys this place makes one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten abroad. I am Italian, and I always eat pizza home, have been to Naples many times too. This pizza is the real deal. I was very impressed when I tried it.
The staff is cool too, and you can also play some nice poker.
Will definitely suggest it

I drive from JB to see these guys and the 2.5 hr drive didnt disappoint. Sam provided his expertise in spearfishing without hesitation. With spending 1 1/2 hours with us tying float lines and providing advice on wetsuits and spearguns he went over and above our expectations. Highly recommend Adreno for beginner's to experts and all in between. Large shop with scuba and freediving gear spread out so it's easy to browse. Just be aware that if you are not first in line there may be a wait as he treats all customers with the time they deserve.

Went to Sang's after a long flight and needed to stretch out. Deep Thai/oil combination massage was just the trick. Very professional place and has a shower which was good to freshen up after the long flight and massage. Would go again.
