The Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe is a vaudeville style Nightly Broadway Cabaret. Performers maneuver around the entire shop, singing directly to individual guests, and incorporating them into the show. It’s a unique family entertainment experience that appeals to all ages. Join our growing family of guests who return time and time again to be part of the show. Looking for things to do in Lavallette, Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant or Ocean County, NJ you’re close so come catch a show at The Music Man. And, of course, the delicious ice cream makes a delightful evening even better.
What a great time we all had, we were a party of three adults and three 5 year olds. The ice cream was delicious with clever names. We went for their Halloween night and they were dressed up in costumes. Our favorite was the elf of the shelf, he was hysterical. The best was seeing the kids faces in awe when they saw their sundaes and heard the signing for the first time. We definitely want to go back for the Christmas show! We recommend this for every age group!

Picture years ago when you used to "borrow" your sister's jewelry...well this family decided to make it a business! When drive north on Central Ave also known as Route 35, you'll see a blue awning with a sign that reads "Open". What makes this different is that this wonderful store really IS always open. You can browse the store, shop for yourself,or buy someone special a great gift , all the while chatting with a great group of ladies or the owners father, Barry. Barry took great pride in his daughters adventure into retail so frequents the store helping whenever he can. The seaside decor, white washed tables, and re-purposed furniture help to display the jewelry in such an inviting manner. This store is a great "rainy day thing to do" , break from the beach, Christmas shopping paradise ( yes they are open all year) or just a favorite place to buy that special something you need to complete your outfit. The store has expanded with another chapter next door called "My Sister's Favorite Things" . Walk through one store into the next without ever having to go outdoors . Find beautiful beach themed housewares, cute beachy signs, and clothing you won't see anywhere else. It's a place you will never leave empty handed! Gift wrap is always free, special sales each week or holiday and the merchandise is always changing. Best of all you always leave with a smile- it's a true feel good get-a-way. It's a true girlfriends find but husbands & boyfriends can enjoy a fun, inexpensive experience here as well. My dresser is filled with great finds from My Sister's Jewelry Box--I do all my Christmas shopping here each year. Gifts are always unique & its really fun to shop there. I guess you know I like this place.......The town of Lavalette is very lucky they have made this their home! Do visit them- you will be glad you did.
