The House of the Forest and its cafe is open daily from the beginning of June to the end of September and week-ends of October from 9 am to 5 pm. Fresh, tasty snacks made from local produce are available. The House of the Forest is a haven for animals in the region. Come and get to know them through the exhibits at the House. There is a playground for our young guests. Free organised activities for children are held every Friday morning in July and August. The lookout huts built on stilts provide an observation point for viewing the surrounding wildlife..

Maison de la Foret is situated at the top of La Tzoumaz on the road up to Croix de la Coeur. It has stunning mountain views and is a perfect place for a few hours of family activities such as easy hikes, landscape drawing and mountain biking.
The staff (Laura and Aaron) are incredibly friendly, helpful and patient and they offer delicious cakes, wine and local cheese /meat platters.

Ski And Snowboard School opened in 2013 by 2 young Swiss guys. If you are wiling to spend the best time of your life on skis or snowboard, we are the school for you. Whatever your level is, if you want to learn how to ski for the first time, improve your technique or go exploring the great ski area of Les 4 Vallees, we are the school for you.

We had 3 days ski school for intermediates. It was a small group lesson with 2 participants only. Our teacher Adam explored and pushed our limits. We learned a lot! There were many different exercises to improve posture, balance, and control. We also got faster and dealt easily with all the red slopes. Quite an experience!

a small hope over from Verbia and this little village is a quite secret in the swiss alsps. very scenic location with great sun sets, and very small are ski.Thanks for your review! See you soon in La Tzoumaz!

10 km of sledge run, hilarious by day or by night, in a snowstorm or glorious Sunshine. Excellent full moon DJ/party nights with a guided slide home near midnight. Annual race with different categories and great prizes. Rent one of a variety of top-quality sledges in the resort of La Tzoumaz for a few francs (unless you have your own very strong sledge or bob). Leash and helmet required. Gaiters, goggles, neckwarmer etc really help you to enjoy the experience of being sprayed with snow all the way down! I've been down with three generations, and both the 70+ and the 7 year-old loved it. Not suitable for 6 and under to ride on their own sledge as can be a very fast track and they may not be able to brake hard enough to steer. Most enjoyed by: Age group 30 - 50 years, some of whom kept going back up the telecabin for another run down.
