I have been a wine club member since Herringer started their wine club. They have always had personable attendant who are knowledgeable about their wines and fun to talk to. I was worried that this would change when the moved to their new site, but I was pleasantly surprised. My wife and I made a trip to the new location and had a great afternoon, tasting and chatting with some old and new attendants/pourers. We had a fun afternoon and are glad we are still with the wine club.

Foods items can be purchased from some winery deli's and also from food trucks on weekends. Located just a couple of miles from the gateway to Clarksburg, along the Sacramento River levee, the Old Sugar Mill is a renovated wing of a famous historic sugar mill housing tasting rooms for 10 to 12 different wineries. You can taste to your heart’s content without having to drive between locations. Or, buy from the food trucks and grab a glass of your favorite wine and sit outside at a table on the grounds of the mill. So much concentrated goodness under one roof can’t be missed.
