Use to live in the area but haven’t been back for some time. This time I came prepared with an ice chest. Living outside of Iowa where folks don’t know the delight of ham balls it is difficult to find the ham//beef/pork mix to make these favorites. Also got the family some real dried beef. Plus you need to try some of the special Danish meats. Real treat!
