Louisiana Boardwalk

The Red River is the picturesque setting for Bossier City's unique shopping and entertainment destination, Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets. Across the Red River from downtown Shreveport, the project's first phase opened in November, 2003, with the state's first Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World. The remainder of Boardwalk opened in May 2005 and joined a vibrant casino district nestled along the majestic riverfront for nearly a half-mile. Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets is the first lifestyle center to open in the state of Louisiana offering outlet shopping, an entertainment district and riverfront dining.

Drove 2 1/2 hours for a concert here and we weren't disappointed. Easy to find, big surface parking lot at no charge and good attendants directing traffic after event. Seats about 14,000 and has a nice smaller arena feel. Acoustics were really good and seats comfy. Nice extra, lots of stalls in the women's restroom and minimal wait!

From the outside I hate to admit I was skeptical. But the inside was really nice! There are several lanes and they have plenty of soda machines. There is also a bar area and a cafe that serves breakfast thru dinner. Just being the two of us we paid $25 for an hour and got in 3 games. It was fun and something we will definitely do again.
