You really have to walk up to the church on the top and take the 111 steps up to the very top! Marvellous????????????

The church is unique in its architecture and style, baroque style, neoclassic, it was really simple but inviting to see this church. If you are visiting Montefrio, you have to make this stop and enjoy the view it has.

This was well worth the time & cost, what a magnificent overlook of a striking hilltop fortress and town below. My driver-guide Damir even drove up to the fortress. Unfortunately, it was closed at the time, but it was still worth the trip to drive through the town.
