宴が盛り上がるという意味ではなく、事前の期待感がすごく盛り上がる、という意味。昔からそういうお店でした。十数年ぶりかな？久しぶりにここで忘年会です。お座敷でのてんぷら、おいしかったな。皆さん言うほどコスト高い感じでもなかったですよ。最近は新居浜でも結構取るとこ多いし。

久しぶりに来店することになりました。土曜日の夕食時です。予約をしようとアプリを立ち上げてみましたが、真っ赤で満席？予約がとれません。とりあえず店頭までいってみて、まず駐車場が満車で駐車できません。奥さんに端末まで行ってもらい予約するも、すこしありえないような待ち時間。それ、閉店時間過ぎという意味？家族会議の結果、近隣市区町村の回転すし店にいくことにしました。おそらくこちらでお世話になることはもうないかな？こんな田舎で3時間待ちはありえないことです。

ボリュームがあって値段が安く、コスパ高いです。会社の懇親会などでよく使わせてもらっています。刺身、揚げ物、サラダなど、美味しいです。女将さんの楽しいキャラも魅力ですね。

2年ぶりに行きました。和食のコース料理と言ったらイイでしょうか？出された時に料理の説明されて納得し、創作料理を目で見て楽しんで、食べて堪能しての繰り返し。天ぷらの衣は、うらごししたソラマメの緑色を使っていたり、この時期にしか獲れない網にかからない釣竿で釣り直前まで活かしていたアジが出てきたりと、値段も高いですが、出される料理は時期的レアな素材を上手く使い、手間かけて作られています。最高の食事でした。

This is a small and very decent restaurant in Niihama. With a typical Japanese style setting, the restaurant only serves 6 to 7 groups / tables each night. Each group will occupy a small room with good privacy. We made our reservation in advance by email and the host is very friendly and responsive to our enquiries.We picked the "Trust the Chef" dinner menu. The Chef came to our room and explained to us the details of each dish professionally. He also kindly served us with very good green tea and antique tea pot set. This made us feeling like VIP. All the food and drinks are very nice, tasty and well crafted. Staff are very friendly and kind as well. Given such a high standard of service and food, the price level of this restaurant is still very reasonable. A highly recommended restaurant if you visit Niihama or nearby. Noted that there is not many staff in this restaurant and likely only one staff can speak English, you may need to be a bit more patient if you cannot read or speak Japanese.
