Pachmarhi is a hill station in Hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh state of central India. It has been the location of a cantonment (Pachmarhi Cantonment) since British Raj. It is widely known as Satpura ki Rani ("Queen of Satpura"), situated at a height of 1067 m in a valley of the Satpura Range in Hoshangabad district. Dhupgarh, the highest point (1,352 m) in Madhya Pradesh and the Satpura range, is located here. It is a part of Pachmarhi Biosphere Reserve.

Jalaram Bhojnalaya is located in the main market, behind the bus stand lane. They serve eatable and hygienic lunch, dinner and breakfast. Their service is good and behaviour is sweet. The restaurant is run by a Gujrati family. They serve only vegetarian food. After eating in other restaurants, one finds that Jalaram is far better than other restaurants in quality and service. Their charges are reasonable and similar to other restaurants. The Place is small in area but not bad in any other aspect.

The food is very tasty and well cooked. Being the only Non -veg restaurant it is very crowded and serving is delayed. The owner allows getting booze from outside and also supplies it himself. In the night its a wonderful experience when he sets up a bon fire near your table to keep you warm.

They even take order for dishes which are not listed in the menu. The chefs and waiters are extremely cooperative. The food is also tasty.

Central location and cannot miss their big sign board in red in city market area on Arvind marg..Serves Jain food too.Quick service,decent interiors.wide variety to choose from.Rates very reasonable.They can also make tailor made dishes,subject to availability go ingredients.

I had two excellent meals in this very local restaurant, including a Biryani which tasted absolutely great. It felt like the whole vegetable and spice market had found its way into this dish. I also had garlic nan and various chutneys.
The place is packed at lunch time and there is a resident guard dog keeping the monkeys at bay... on the roof! They watch each other and keep their distances. It is very funny to watch their games and tricks.
Packed with families and kids. Very friendly service. Highly recommended.
