Wonderful Experience
Reviewed By andyho28A small hotel but gave us wonderful experience as soon as we arrived. The receptionists are really nice and helpful, they even helped us to cut the fruits we bought from the wet market. Rooms are new and clean, modern design. Toilet is big in double room, but quite small in room with twin (actually big) beds. Hot spring bath tub in room, high quality body wash is provided. Bluetooth speaker, TV, coffee machine available. Snacks and drinks are free in room and at the cafe mini bar, including fruits, biscuits, soft drink, yogurt, tea, coffee, milk, juice..... Close to 2 hot spring parks if you want to try the public foot bath. The only complain is light will come in the room via the toilet windows early in the morning. Not suitable for people who need to sleep in really dark environment. A few new hotels nearby but this one definitely worth for money.

Great resort with few misses
Reviewed By CheongKamHoe1) Hotel architechural designs It was both interior designs and exterior that caught my attention which i booked immediately. Booked two rooms for two nights with quadruple bedding where 4 adults could sleep comfortably. The exterior of the resort was captivating as as the room decor. 2 ) Reception A small area where big group of hotel guests would find it little clautrophobic. But the common area make up for it as one entered a long hall way with comfy and engonormic sofas and couches on the side. A rule of house slippers should be worn at all times within the premise. Over all , the common area and dining room (located at the rear) was immaculately clean. 3 ) Rooms Quadruple rooms were located on the first floor( Second floor , American english) , with physically challenge ederly in the group, this became quite an obastacle as there wasnt any lift facilities . Rooms on ground floor was only for double bedded occupancy. May not consider quad room in the event of revisiting. The beds were comfy , air conditioning worked well with one room having problem but was rectified quickly. Complimentary water bottles were replenished daily . Ice buckle was served upon request. Rooms were clean except few signs of tear and wear. Wall paint was seen coming out and moss in the bathtub was rather disgusting. However, the kids enjoyed and indulged in the variety of tv channels and programmes made Available. Kudos !!! 3.1 Porters When we arrived , the porters brought our rather heavy luggage to our rooms. However , we carried it down to the ground floor on check out as there was only a female staff on duty during check-out time. 4. Staff attentiveness Overall the staff were generally courteous and friendly espcially a male staff who was also the duty manager. He was nice. chatty , informative and with a very can-do atttitude. However, there was a female recep who was not so helpful during breakfast service. Running out of soy milk, there was no one and i approached her at the reception. Sitting there she just directed me to ask for the kitchen staff to replenish. I went back , knocked twice but to no avail. Seeing her the second time, she seemed a little annoyed. As a hotelier, her enthusiasm towards championing customers satisfaction vanished. 5. Other facilities The onsite gym which was next to the main hall was a total dismay. A small area with very limited two pieces of gym equipment. However it wad dusty , dirty and full of bird faeces. I dare not even touch it. The manager explained that hardly any hotel guest uses it. But i thought the opposite. 6) Meals Rooms came with breakfast and afternoon snacks. Breakfast was good enough with mostly Taiwanese breakfast fare. Notably. it lacked the variety of western food. As Asians , we were not complaning. Afternoon snacks was great as well. Selection of bread and pastried went perfectly well with homemade garlic butter. Fruits and biscuits , coffee and tea were available. 7) Location A bit far off from Jiao Xi centre where all activities were gathered. Yet it did not prove a problem as we had a hired van. The resort , like other have commented , offered tranquility amidst paddy field area. Come harvest time, the scenery would have been greater. Overall it was a pleasant stay , i would still consider staying here the next time i am in Yi Lan.

Poorly maintained, at best two star motel
Reviewed By Tour188246The room is dark, mouldy and water damaged. Definitely not a resort. Cracks in floorboards, rusty door frames, dirty bathroom walls and musty cupboards. Very disappointing. Dated but still a nice hotel
Reviewed By ilovetravel2106Stayed one night in the hotel for the hot spring theme park. The hot spring theme park was great and the kids loved it. Complimentary entry for hotel guest. Room was big, clean but old. Toilet and bathroom was separate. Location was good as many shops around the area. Laundry was about 5 mins walk away.

Reviewed By ncleongAway from the town centre set amidst padi fields. There is apparently another branch of the same name which is located in the town centre. Spacious 4-person bedroom with a really nice hot spring water tub. Can also ride bicycle and sing karaoke. Nice getaway for one or two days.

But need a Carriage! (The roads are not good.) 조식은 원하는 메뉴를 골라서 시킬수 있고, 간단한 과일, 음료, 메인요리, 커피나 티 줍니다. 맛있어용 수영장은 깊어서 깜놀했어요. 물에빠져죽을뻔 ㅠ 숙소는 에어컨과 큰 선풍기는 있는데 냉..장..고...가 없더라고요.. (어째서?) 물은 생수가 아닌 물병에 담아서 나오는데 걍안먹었구요. 욕실 천장은 뚫려있어 좀 부끄러워용 바퀵벌렝님은 한분 목격했네요. 위치빼곤 좋았어요. 친절한 직원. 깨끗한 숙소, 맛있는 조식. 하지만 해변에서 너무 멀리있음으로 마차를 타고 가야대영 ㅠ넘나멀고 길도 안좋아요.마차비용은 100k! 해변에서 멀고 밤에 길어 어둡고 조용해서 여자분들은 무서울수도있어요. 하지만 조용하고 깔끔하고 직원들이 귀엽고 착해요.
