We visited this restaurant with our two children, aged 11 and 16. They can both be picky eaters, but we were all impressed with this restaurant. The food and service were both excellent. The staff were very friendly. There is an area outside under a canopy, so lots of seating in the summer.

We had a lovely and tasty lunch by complete surprise. Great price we paid 16.50 and had a sandwich each (a lot of ingredients which were home made) and fries to share. The staff was very nice too!

Went here as had seen reviews that they did craft ale and wasnât disappointed. Arrived on a sunny Saturday afternoon and sat outside. The waiter was friendly, helpful and polite. The Gollum craft ale recommended by said waiter was delicious. The food, especially the chips outstanding. Would definitely go again

Very nice watering hole, in old Sloten, just a few kilometers from Rieker Business Park, housed in a charming old fashioned dutch building. Had a great time with collegues having drinks and fingerfood at the bar. Snacks of ox sausage, cheese and various deep fried treats like bitterballen and bamihapjes on a large platter at about 22.50 EUR. Bar serves reasonable selection of beer on draught and decent wines. Had a decent Bordeaux. We later migrated to the tabled area where we enjoyed deer steak (25 EUR) and salmon with cheese and pesto (about 20 EUR). Great ambiance, inside as well as outside. Bar ladies are a little bit grumpy, but professional. To be recommended.

We opted for the 5 course tasting menu. There were 2 vegans in our party and for once their meal was as good as the two carnivores. I liked the concept that the chef chose the food so that every courses a surprise. I enjoyed all the courses and our two vegans really enjoyed having food prepared by someone who obviously understands vegan cooking. We stuck with one wine for all courses. The service was great and the staff were attentive and explained each dish really well. I would really recommend the experience.Wow Mark, thanks so much! This is exactly what we aim for.
